It was close to the KLCC and other amenities which made it easy for us.
We had to go eat out every day as no restaurant with western cuisine or food that we could eat.

Good location. I would like to commendably mention Fahmi, really warm frontline staff and manage guest well.
Interior is old. King size bed was made up of 2 twin beds.

The room was very spacious and comfortably accommodated my family of five. The location is very strategic, especially for those who enjoy walking — KLCC is within a brisk walking distance. Breakfast was superb; although the breakfast area is small, it was convenient and well-organized.
Overall, the stay was good. However, there is some room for improvement at the reception. I arrived at 2:40 pm and waited for assistance, but no one approached me, which made me feel a bit unnoticed. I was unsure where to go and eventually had to approach the counter myself. Although the staff later acknowledged my arrival, there didn’t seem to be an intention to offer help initially. That said, aside from this small issue, everything else was fine.

The location and staff - very hospitable
Have been going to this hospital for a very long time, however, now i feel the hotel has seen its better days.
