The location is great.
When we arrived at our room, there were unpleasant smell at the room. Luckily the room service come soonest possible to replace the smelly pillow cover. Breakfast buffet is just so so.

Perfect getaway in the city
Abit too crowded at the pool and there’s no deck chair to accommodate the crowd

The location is convenient for accessing KL Tower, the Twin Towers, and other places.
1) No response thorough WA
2) There is no face towel, and cleaning staff said that no stock.
3) water leaks from the shower area into the washroom, causing the floor to become completely flooded.
