The vibes are good, the design suits the 5 star hotel
Maybe my expectations were a little high, but I was honestly quite disappointed with some aspects of the stay.
I didn’t receive any complimentary beverages or snacks in the room, particularly the ones mentioned in some TikTok reviews. I’m not sure whether these were actually included with my room package or only provided under certain conditions.
I also requested birthday decorations twice. Unfortunately, the setup was done quite late at night, and the staff accidentally asked my husband about it, so the surprise was no longer a surprise. 😅 On top of that, I felt the decoration was quite simple for a 5-star hotel.
The food and drinks by the pool were also quite overpriced for what was offered.
Overall, the stay was okay, but considering the 5-star rating and the price point, I expected a little more attention to detail and a more memorable experience.
