Can see part of petronas twin tower from the room.

Location is very centralised. Breakfast not bad. Hotel room is huge

Furniture is very old and time to upgrade. Bed isnt very comfy. No lift from carpark to hotel lobby which is very inconvenient. Have to climb stairs from carpark to hotel lobby. If rain even worse.

Will choose again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Best Western Food( we ordered that only mostly) Free upgrade.

Unfortunately after we reached there only we were notified that Swimming pool will be under renovation. Its kinda disappointing. Our bathroom drain was clogged and water had gone out of the bathroom and spoiled the entrance of the room. The staff was helpful to provide another room within a shorter time 😃 We will come again after the renovation works get completed!

The decoration is old and room aesthetically disappointing to look at. Breakfast is to slow and too busy.

One of my best stays

Everything was spot on! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was beautiful. The live music at the night was cherry on the top!

The buffet breakfast was nice. Make sure to include that in your stay.

The room service was very delayed, especially to make up clean room.

It’s close to everything

I didn’t find staff to be welcoming, the lobby is always busy and loud. Room is basic for the price.

Most staff were excellent - concierge and restaurant teams. But some staff were unresponsive - would agree to do something (in my case chase down some laundry they had lost) and then not do it. Otherwise excellent.

Enjoyable for short stay with the family

Reasonably priced rooms. Room service food was good. Good for family as there was a swimming pool easily accessible after breakfast

Hotel location maybe overlooked by other hotels. Can be confused with Hard Rock the next building

No dramas from the moment I checked in to I checked out,

All the staff were excellent from behind the desk at the front door and all workers un the restaurants. The breakfast was also excellent. And the location is perfect.

Near to train station and walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC park and Saloma bridge. Staff were very accommodating and helpful 😊

Great location, great hotel, fabulous staff

This really felt like a top class hotel. The service in all the sections I visited - reception, bar, restaurant - was excellent. Cleanliness and the bathroom were top rate. Excellent central location, too!

This hotel is doing a superb job. Every single staff member seemed committed to making staff feel welcome - smilingly helpful. There is nothing not to like.

Great comfortable full service hotel in a convenient area

The location is great, walking distance to twin towers and restaurants in the area. The free city bus with two routes stops in front of the hotel and is very convenient to use. The buffet breakfast was extensive with custom cooked eggs and other foods and Asian dishes. There were six elevators so never a long wait to get one. Off the lobby was a snack stand with many flavors of ice cream and other treats. The dining room has Japanese foods. Staff were very pleasant and helpful for directions. The room was very spacious and from my room on the 11th floor I had a view of the twin towers that were illuminated at night. The room also had a small refrigerator. The hotel is attached to the Hard Rock Cafe. I would stay here again.

The huge lobby area could have some chairs for waiting for transportation.
