The location is excellent, very convenient to walk to KLCC. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and of high quality. You never had to wait long for the lift, which is great for such a big hotel.
The bar was a bit of a let down, we tried to have drinks twice but it was uninviting and closed early.
Breakfast is super busy so, sometimes we had to wait for a table. However all the staff were very helpful.

Good facilities and room spacious and clean.
Unfortunately our experience on arrival at reception was very negative. The receptionist ignored us completely for several minutes to begin with and had to be prompted by myself and another member of staff to actually start check in. There was no word of welcome, no introduction to hotel facilities and didn't even point out where the lift was. A real shame as otherwise the staff were good to very good but first impressions mean a lot.
