Good location and value property

Location, 24hr shop next door, good shower, comfortable beds.

2 out of 3 tvs in apartment didn't work. Only 2 channels on the one that did work. No air con in gym. Just needs a bit of tlc as not maintained to same standards as when Fraser had it.

Better maintenance would make this a fabulous place to stay

Central location with 24hr 7Eleven type of shop downstairs. Big apartments with comfortable beds and pillows.

Room was not cleaned well after previous guests. Some of their food was still in the cupboards. The bed sheets had some marks indicating that they may not have been changed. Pillow covers also looked like only the front pillows were changed.

Good hotel for reasonable price, but when you look at detail this is poorly maintained Malaysia.

Enormous room with enormous bathroom and kitchen. Enormous bathtub (after year in Japan and their miniscule bathtubs this is refreshing!). Very polite staff.

As many things in Malaysia, on the surface everything looks great, but when you look at detail you will get disappointed. The room was never perfect clear (you could see spots that probably haven't been cleaned for years) and like many buildings in Malaysia, it was poorly maintained so it doesn't look like fresh and new. But from my observations, this is standard in Malaysia.

They shoud put the Sfera name in front.or at the main road not at the lobby only.Difficult to look for Sfera in grab also until i ask the admin we should look for 188 Suites Fraser Residence instead of Sfera Residence name.

The Property is very Difficult to Be found by grab So It was been cancel So many Times and cause lateness to airport So to make sure to start your journey very early , also Be prepared The Apartment has no reliable service ! The staff is never around

Good intentions but don’t believe everything you read. If you need a particular service check that is available!

good size room, great bed, good bathroom, good aircon

They did not tell me that the pool was closed for renovations, I booked the hotel mainly for the pool! I don’t understand how hotels are able to advertise facilities that are not available 😡. Also, my room was not serviced for 3 days and II toilet paper. the room had a kitchenette, but no teaspoons etc. Finally, my door got stuck and I wasted 30 mins while technicians came to fix it. at least they were prompt. just a bit more attention to detail please.

The reception manager did not told me that any of the common areas are working: pool was totally destroyed and closed for renovation, sky lobby was closed. My trip was destroyed as it was a birthday trip with family.

is so disappointed !

-so disappointed coz their swimming pool closed without informing us or not mentioned in booking.com when we do the booking. swimming pool is the main agenda of my vacation with family so is upset to see the swimmingly closed -their service call at room nobody pick up their front desk closed and night n only left contact no in which when call cant get thru n wassapp also don’t reply until after 9 am what if something happens likes aircond problem water heater or other problems happens during night time until 9 am??? if they don’t want to to put ppl at the front desk then reply our msg !!

great city stay for 3 people

wonderful location easy to walk into the main centre. the lounge area is lovely and en suite bathroom and changing area very nice. good quality toiletries. best thing was the super comfortable beds. also nice views of the city.

a bit dated I guess, used to be the Fraser Suites, but helpful staff compensated for this

Regret to stay this apartment.

What i like ? Only the size of room is big enought

Reception only available at 9 am to 9 pm ( during x-mas ) and the test 9 am to 10 pm. Wifi LOS but they said can be connect, i shown them the photo of LOS and no respone to make it right. Room smell garbage, no hair dryer at 1 days, must be request. No hand towel, must inform them, 1 of rest room has no jet shower toilet spray

Not too bad for a short stay

The amenities was absolute perfect, the pool and the sauna was awesome. Room bed was comfortable and spacious. The toilet is rather clean and bathtub is big

The room floor was dirty and the couch is rather old and not comfy. The Wi-Fi didn’t work albeit the front desk restarting the server for many times. In addition, there was no one at the front desk, cause there was only one person manning the table there.

3rd time here

This is my 3rd time staying at sfera residence (or previously known as fraser residence). It is a comfortable place to stay with amenities. This time, I got a room with balcony facing the swimming pool instead of the graveyard ^^; The staffs are very accomodating despite some of them are new to the place.

Being here 3 times, and each time, I would be having trouble with the dryer machine (it just wouldn't dry my clothes). Hope this is something that the management will do a weekly/monthly maintenance checkup on the machines. Sad to say, I will need to ask for room clean up each time after I have checked in and the housekeeping service is only till 5 or 6pm. So, I will have to wait for the cleaning service the next day since I often check in a bit later than 3pm. However, the housekeeping staff will clean and mop the room really fast :)9

Bad experience!

2 rooms apartment good to stay with family or friends. Central location near KLCC & Bukit Bintang too. KLCC view from your apartment.

Building is next to the cemetery. Quite scary to sleep at night. Master bedroom aircon spoil, feel very warm. Called the technician to look at it but no use. Kitchen sink leaking. Bedsheet/pillow, chair/sofa and carpet have stains. Yuckss! One time while gg down, the lift almost got crash! Luckily nothing serious happened. Scary!

three hours of hell

absolutely nothing. This place is completely out of the way not in no city centre. It was dirty. All around had spoke with the hotel for over a month paid for eight nights to stay there as I was arriving at 4 am in the morning, so wanted to check in straightaway, so spoke with the property about this, they were meant to organise, my early check-in which the day before I left, they said was all organised when I arrived. Nothing had been organised then after I waited two hours to get the key the key didn’t work because the battery had died so after four hours of sitting around, I got into the room, which was very untidy, not to a high clean standard, and this is very important to me. There was no safe in the room which shows in photos on Booking.com went and spoke with the reception and told them I refuse to stay there got charged $300 for being in the room for three hours. Definitely don’t recommend to stay here

I didn’t like anything about the property. It was horrible, very untidy, dirty. Carpets once I got into the room I refuse to unpack. My bag, got into a taxi, went straight to Mandarin Oriental and checked in there, but I must say they were happy to give most of my refund back, but still charge me $300 for being in the room for three hours

Overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

Location was good though "Sfera" does not show up on grab app. Bookings had to be done as 'Crest" which is across from Sfera. Two very good supermarkets located in the next building. Room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the linen i.e. bedsheets, pillows were super comfortable. I had very good and relaxing sleep.

The bathroom had a constant leak which after reporting still was not solved. Kitchen table top/dining table/Fridge was not so clean. it needs a thorough clean up. There was no toaster available. There was no safe in the room. IT IS IMPORTANT TO EQUIP THE ROOM WITH A SAFE.
