We had a great stay! The location was excellent, right next to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. Our room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery for self-catering. The two swimming pools were an added bonus. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic location.
Unfortunately, our stay was let down by a few frustrating experiences. We had ongoing issues accessing facilities such as the lifts and swimming pools. Despite speaking to reception on four separate occasions, we only managed to get full access working on one of our key cards. Eventually, we gave up trying to get the second card fixed.
On another occasion, while relaxing at the rooftop pool, some staff members were smoking and playing music loudly on their phones. This made the area unpleasant, and we felt compelled to pack up and return to our room.
Also, we were disappointed that there was no room service, especially when we arrived late in the evening.
While the accommodation had its positives, these issues detracted from our overall experience.

Spacious clean and modern
We didn’t realise you had to turn the hot water on so had cold showers (perhaps this could be done before we arrive) and wifi did not work for us
