Posizione fantastica, privacy ottima. Ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere le spiagge con facilità. La privacy dell’appartamento è ottima e non si percepiscono rumori esterni, sia dí giorno e soprattutto di notte.
Mancanza di alcuni accessori per la cucina, indispensabili per chi ama fare da sé, sia per la colazione, ad esempio formino elettrico, che per il pranzo o la cena, cose semplici ma indispensabili.

The view from the residence over the beach was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. We also loved the location: both beaches were reachable within just 1 to 3 minutes on foot.
We truly enjoyed our time there and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

Schön grüne und ruhige Anlage mit traumhaftem Meerblick und über eine Treppe hinunter direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein helles, sehr sauberes und nettes Apartment mit herrlichem Meerblick, großer Terrasse und Wiese. Apartment und Küche waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit großem Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Gepflegte Grünanlagen mit bunten Pflanzen, dazu für alle eine erhöhte Sonnenwiese mit Liegen und Blick aufs Meer, Strand und Forte Falcone. Man gelangt zur Anlage über eine Privatstraße, hinter dem gesicherten Einfahrtstor gibt es Parkplätze für jedes Apartment. Perfekte Lage; ruhig und sonnig, umrandet von 2 Stränden und nur 6 Fahrminuten zum Zentrum mit allen Geschäften und dem schönen Hafen Portoferraio zum Flanieren. Sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen!

Great peaceful location
The place comes with little amenities. I was expecting at least to have some salt, pepper and some dish washing liquid but there was nothing so be ready to go an buy it all even if you are staying only for four days. There should be a bare minimum
