We were a party of 4 down for a weekend in Brighton to celebrate my brother-in-laws 60th birthday, I was initially looking for accommodation in Brighton with a parking space but none of the ones coming up took my fancy. I then saw the one for Green Mews and thought it looked bright, airy and modern. The one aspect was that it was in Hove, however when I looked up the busses there were 3 buses that went from the top of the road (50 yards) into Brighton. Additionally, there were several good restaurants that we could try, would recommend Rustico and Dannys. Overall, we had a terrific experience during our stay and were able to enjoy the various attractions of Brighton, but it was very nice to just come out and have a more peaceful evening in Hove.

This property is based in Hove and is in a quiet area just off road in a gated area as described on line, which was nice as you were able to park your car there and not worry about parking spaces or costs. There are two local buses that go to Brighton if you wish to visit. (46 & 49) There is also lots of coffee shops and a few nice cafes and restaurants to eat near by and two pubs, in fact there is a nice coffee shop across the street from the gate. The property itself is it in good decorative condition, was clean and tidy and you had all the basics you would need to stay in a self contained unit. As with all property's there is general wear and tear but nothing that would make you not enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.
I had to contact the support team while away by Whatsapp and I was impressed how quickly they responded and their attentiveness to my query and attention to detail to resolve any issues, they also did a follow up message the following day. They keep you updated of all information before your arrival and on the day of your arrival to which is handy information for your stay.
1. The property provides towels, (Clean and fluffy and in good condition) however these were only an average size bath towel and not the bigger Bath sheet. If you prefer something bigger to cover up with then probably best to bring your own.
2. Also because a security deposit is required (for obvious reasons) I think it would help to advise anyone before they stay of any previous known damage so they do not worry this will effect their deposit for their stay, this would save any unnecessary confusion.
3. The 2nd bedroom does not have any ventilation apart from the balcony door (No window) so if you usually sleep with a window open you can not do this in this room, however they do provide a fan in each room for your use or you can sleep with the door open.
(These are only observations not anything that can hinder your visit)

The place was very clean, wonderfully spacious, and felt extremely well cared for. It had all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of natural light and a cosy atmosphere. Communication with My Getaways was prompt and professional from start to finish. A great choice for anyone visiting Brighton & Hove, we'll definitely be back.
Two quick areas for improvement:
First, a simple instruction sheet for the room temperature controls would save some troubleshooting, as setting individual room temps wasn't very intuitive.
Second, regarding the parking - having a dedicated spot is fantastic, but maneuvering a slightly longer vehicle into the space at No. 1 was a bit of a nightmare. The space itself is fine, but reducing the size of the smaller planter box would make reversing in significantly easier. Hope to see the changes next time I visit.

Location was close to both eateries and also easy walk to sea front. Behind gates giving security and a.bo us was parking at the property.

"Parking space was great and locked security gates a plus . Comfy beds , clean fresh bedding. Good powerful shower and hot water . Dishwasher tablets and tea/ coffee most welcome. Spacious and warm."
