We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent, with plenty of local restaurants, shops, and amenities within easy walking distance.
Although parking was permit-only, we had no issues finding a space throughout our stay, which was a real bonus. The hosts were also very communicative, friendly, and helpful, making everything straightforward from booking through to check-out.
The only minor downsides were that the beds were a little uncomfortable, and there was only one hand towel and one bath towel provided between the two of us. However, these were relatively small issues and did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

The property was spacious and incredibly clean. The location was perfect for exploring Brighton and hove. The hosts were very communicative and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for restaurants and buses into Brighton.
It would have been nice to have more chairs in the garden, as there was only enough seating for 3 people and the property can accommodate 6.
