Great location for us, comfortable beds, clean, good communication prior to check in.

It’s a freshly renovated property and very comfortable. Location was perfect for our trip and easy to find and access. We requested an earlier check in 24hrs prior which was granted.

Although newly renovated there’s already some visible damage, I took photos as soon as we checked in to ensure we didn’t get blamed.

A really disappointing stay with appalling customer service, do not recommend.

The location.

The property is clearly not finished, it has obviously recent lot been refurbished and it is clear this has not been completed. There are wires hanging out of the walls and walls where the painting has not been finished. The apartment itself was dirty and we found a pair of dirty boxer shorts under one of the beds. Prior to check in the host assured us there would be a cot available but when we arrived there was not a cot. I tried to call the host but they did not answer. We checked out of the property early after one night due to the issues stated above, for us we just couldn’t stay there especially with children. The host never got back to us when I messaged them about the issues.

Beautifully decorated and presented. Lovely and clean.

I enjoyed my stay and there was nothing to dislike. To make it even better a mattress topper for the sofa bed would be welcome as the middle of the sofa bed was incredibly hard. Also there was no kettle in the kitchen.
