The location was great, just a ten min walk to the marina and approx 20 min walk to Old Town Albufeira. The property was cleaned immaculately, very modern, spacious with very comfy beds. The owners allowed us a later check out as our flight and taxi was not until midday.
There were a lot of unexpected maintenance visits from pool maintenance, gardeners and cleaners. We had about four unannounced visits and it would have been nice to know when they were coming beforehand due to privacy.
We arrived at exactly 4pm check in time and the cleaners were still there and did not finish until nearly 5pm. Not a huge deal though as we just waited in another room for them to finish.
The pool was great although it was quite cold due to it being shaded by the trees and side of the house. The poolside and steps are marble and a family member slipped down them as they were wet so we had to be very careful. Probably not the best surface next to a swimming pool.
There any many unfinished derelict buildings surrounding the property so it was not a good first impression on arrival however it was easy to move past that as the house was great and it was just a short walk to the Marina. There was also nothing at all provided except toilet roll, not even hand soap.

The Villa definitely has the wow factor, very spacious for a family of adults. Uber into the Old Town or supermarkets about 4 Euros. Sun all day around the garden.
Nothing, a couple of minor issues, quickly sorted out by the very attentive hosts.
