Just returned from an 8 night stay at Vila D'Alba.
The Villa was fab, everything we needed in an amazing location across from the Marina. We didn't need to hire a car and everything we needed was within walking distance. We did go to the shopping centre and arranging an Uber was quick and cheap. The Old Town was about a 25 minute walk but we had everything we needed on our doorstep. With 2 teenage boys the games room in the Villa and the arcade and bowling on the Marina was spot on. Marisa was great and responded to any queries quickly, we would definitely recommend and would return again with no hesitation.
We would still rate this Villa full stars but the pool was freezing, never been in a pool so cold and it didn't get a lot of sun which didn't help.

Games room
Pool was a little too cold even though height of summer. A few small maintenance issues needed addressing. Mostly good.

The villa was lovely, everything you could possibly need. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children, and there was something for everyone. Marisa was amazing! Couldn’t do more for us, we would 100% come back.

Les cafards dans la cuisine.
La piscine délabrée et sale (carrelages se décolent, notre fils s'est blessé aux carrelages, herbe de tontes non évacuées lors de la tonte qui tombent dans la piscine avec le vent).
Barbecue inutilisable (sale et délabré).
Les bruits de la piscine la nuit (filtrage qui résonne dans toute la maison).
Les bruits dans la rue la nuit (cris, voitures, motos).
Les travaux autour de la maison ( grue, marteau piqueur, marteau toute la journée, cris des ouvriers, machines diverses ).
Les voisins bruyants alors qu'il est interdit de faire des fêtes.
Les voitures garées sauvagement et devant le garage.
Les courses de motos la nuit.
La vétusté des appareils et de l'ensemble ( à réparer ou remplacer et donner un coup de frais partout).
