Large living room, fireplace , smart tv with YouTube TV, breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill and an outdoor table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem).
Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.
There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .
It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.
We love animals but pets are not allowed .

The stay was very satisfying. 2 bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Living room was comfortable. Only part of the house that bothered us was some of the floor rugs were loose on the corners and we being 80 it was a little unsettling. House was perfect for our needs. Water pressure in the showers was excellent. Robert Moore

We were 2 couples and this property was perfect, basically 2 master suites. We were about a 15 min drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Host have easy instructions and no issue checking in and out and the “chore” list was extremely easy.. take trash out and put towels in bathtub. We loved our long weekend here and this place was perfect

Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay. Only one very minor issue was we ran out of Kleenex lol. We would stay there again.

The house was wonderful. So clean and well furnished and has everything you need. Very quiet area easy to get downtown.
