This house is for people who like peace and tranquility warm water and all-day sunshine. It sleeps eight, with two king beds, two twins a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. Comfy patio furniture surrounds the extra-spacious heated pool, that overlooks the private golf course. You’ll never want to leave the comfort of the lanai, pool toys for the kids and bar-b-que grill for cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans and comes with all the appliances you need to prepare poolside meals, poolside snacks and tropical blended poolside beverages. The house provides all the comforts and conveniences of home, like flat screen TVs, internet and a washer and dryer. The game room has a bumper pool table/card table along with a pull out sofa, and desk area for working. You’re also just a short distance from all the amenities, grocery store, liquor store, numerous restaurants and beaches. We have beach chairs, and cooler for your time at the beaches. We also have 3 adult size bikes and 2 child size bikes. There are plenty of beaches, Tigertail is the closest 3.3 miles away, and South Beach which 3.6 miles away and both have public parking. This house is your own private corner of paradise. Please note there is no room in the garage for parking a car.
