Situated in Salt Lake City, this attractive condo for $149 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. My cozy Salt Lake City condo is my trendy, fun, home-away-from-home. I hope it can be yours too. When I travel, I want all the amenities of home. I’m a suburban girl with urban tastes, so I like to have easy access to the airport, easy access to downtown and a short drive to the best skiing in the world. This condo is conveniently nestled just 8 short minutes from the airport and just 2 miles from all the downtown activities. You can get settled in, right after arriving in town. Additionally, you will have gated parking for your vehicle and one dedicated space per unit. When you enter into the condo, you’ll feel right at home. I’ve owned in this complex since 2007, serve on the board and know my neighbors well (and they know me!). Newly updated, this unit has beautiful hardwood laminate floors, stunning granite counters and new kitchen cabinetry. The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom. In addition, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room that opens to a TwinX bed, which will fit one adult up to 5'6". Linens are included for all the beds and I provide towels for up to 4 people. We're also baby friendly! with a Pack 'n Play and high chair available to you, should you require them, if traveling with little ones. I've opted to install efficient portable heaters to ensure my guests’ varied comfort in the winter. Over the years, I found the baseboards too difficult to regulate and opted to go with the portable heaters. In addition, as I love circulating air, I have installed beautiful, quiet 52" ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the dining area to keep air cool or warm air flowing nicely throughout the unit, in the winter, summer, spring or fall. This condo includes an in-home washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen featuring a black electric range, dishwasher and refrigerator! Coffee maker, teapot, toaster, microwave oven and everything you need to cook and serve your delicious meals. Tupperware is also available for your use to pack leftovers in if you are on the run. Enjoy having your privacy with all the amenities you need, without the high price of boring, expensive hotels. Definitely better priced than a hotel suite, with far more to offer! My dedicated cleaning lady keeps my condos very clean with professional pride. Minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, this is an ideal location. Not "IN" downtown but just a short 2 mile drive, you’ll have access to the best dining Salt Lake City offers, great museums, grocery stores and shopping at the City Creek Center. Oh! and a Trader Joe's is just a few miles right up the road. YAY! If you are here for business, you are just 2.33 miles/8 minutes from the Salt Palace Convention Center and have quick access to the I-80, I-215 and I-15 freeways. If you aren't interested in renting a car, no worries. A 10 min taxi from the airport, and you can catch the 516 bus around the corner and it takes you just a block from the Salt Palace or other convenient, downtown locations. Maps of the bus route and local ski areas are available in my directories located in the unit. Whether it be for a sporting event, business meetings, a conference, LDS activites or Temple, these affordable condos are just a quick 10 minutes from all the downtown activities. For skiers looking to save some money, it’s just a 20 minute drive to the best snow on earth at Snowbird & Alta, Brighton & Solitude. Or for more winter action, just a 30 minute drive to Park City, Deer Valley & the Canyons. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are just up the I-15 too (see my Ogden rental for these ski areas). Location was key to this trip and this condo was the perfect spot to reach landmarks in the salt lake valley. Whether it be downtown salt lake (couple miles away), the major sporting complexes for youth sporting events, or even to various cities surrounding salt lake. Being very near the belt loop I-215, I-80 which runs east and west, or I-15 running north and south made exploring area much easier. The condo was just as advertised and the communication with Lisa was amazing! If you read her packet thoroughly then check in and check out is a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Very homely and clean property and so close to SLC downtown. Lisa was very helpful and accommodative and we really had a comfortable stay. It did rain the previous night and had some water clogging in the parking area but that was not in her control but she did let her own parking spot as well. As I said, we would love to go and stay there again.

Make sure to read the thorough and very helpful welcome packet. This apartment was very cozy for 3 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. We really liked that the TVs were setup for Netflix, Roku, & Hulu (so much better than cable). It was also very clean and comfortable, especially once we discovered the additional AC units in the windows. The location is also great and only a couple minutes from downtown & Walmart (for groceries). Additionally, I really appreciated the reserved parking provided, but we preferred parking on the street because its so conveniently located in front of the apartment. The owner was also very sweet, and her welcome packet is so thorough and made finding the apartment and accessing it very easy. I would stay here again.

Loud train horn at 2:30 in the morning 330 in the morning 5 AM in the morning should’ve been on the siteThe site itself was wonderful but you can’t sleep when the trains are going off at weird hours of the morning it’s like you’re right next to them I’ll go someplace else next time she was very nice the landlady was very nice very thorough everything was laid out simple and I think her for such a great job at that point

Pros: Host was very communicative and organized, unit was nicely kept and quite clean, we booked on very short notice and all was well, beds were comfy and futon bed made up early. Cons: The neighborhood isn't the safest feeling, the instructions, while thorough, were long and anxious-making about rules and fines and being ratted out by the housekeeper, the unit we stayed in was on the ground floor and you definitely knew you were underground. Did the Pros outweigh the Cons? Absolutely, especially just for one night, but if I returned for a several days' stay in SLC with my family, I'd find another place.

My husband, 2 kids and our 37 pound dog stayed in Lisa's lower level on our way from LA to Montana, and we stayed in the upper level on the way back. Both nights upon our arrival Lisa had the a/c and lights on for us. Such a nice welcoming touch! It is a secure and safe gated complex. Incredibly clean. Lisa was quick to respond to emails/questions. I highly recommend either of her places!
