About this condo rental
This awesome apartment was just finely renovated and decorated by a well known interior designer. It comes with all the modern amenities: two TVs, DVD, Bluetooth speaker with iPhone doc, wide shower, air conditioning in both rooms, microwave and regular oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, coffe machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment is located at the second floor (1st European) with elevator and it faces a quiet street. It is approximately 70 sq. mts. large, spacious enough to comfortably host four persons. There is a king size bed with a new comfortable mattress and a very comfortable queen size sofa bed. The apartment is very quiet and bright and it is located a few steps away from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Cathedral. The nearby subway would take you quickly and easily to the train station and to the airport, while a number of bus lines would let you reach all the other sights in 10 to 15 minutes. This safe neighborhood is ideal for its shopping streets and its wide choice of restaurants, groceries and coffee shops. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The apartment is not available for parties and events of any kind. Renters below 23 years of age are not admitted unless accompanied by parents or elder relatives. We spent just over 3 weeks in Rome, fleeing the cold of a Toronto winter. Paolo was out of town when we first arrived, but had arranged for a friend to check us in. Two days later he had returned and spent an hour with us to ensure we were well settled and knew about the appliances. He continued to be extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is ideal for two people - just a few minutes from St.Peters and the Vatican. There are many good restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a choice of supermarkets. A truly excellent market (Mercato Trianfole) is within 10 minutes walk, and here you can buy meat, fish, and very fresh fruit and vegetables. The metro is within 5 minutes walk. Overall, one could not wish for a better apartment.

Plenty of room for 3 adults, lovely little kitchen with all the basic equipment, great communications with the host. And just outside the wall of Vatican City. A quick walk to a Metro stop and to Hop On/Hop Off buses. And loads of cafes and restaurants. Great launch pad for a wonderful week in Rome!

The property was very clean and organized. A little smaller than the pictures look but big enough for 2 to be comfortable. Seemed like a very European apartment.

Modern, well equipped apartment within a five minute walk to the Vatican. Other than a glitch in our internet connection and a broken hairdryer which our host, Livio, promptly addressed, our stay was flawless.

Pictures are accurate. Paolo is attentive and helpful. This is a one bedroom apartment that is spacious and clean.
I believe there s a pull-out in the living room.
There are grocery stores less than 1K away for basic amenities since there were few in the apartment.
We did not use the safe (could not figure out how it worked).
We would stay again if back in Rome.

We stayed 5 nights in Rome and this apartment couldn't be more perfect. It's centrally located near the Vatican. It's 2.5 blocks from the Metro. Its comfortable and clean. The owner, Paolo, is very helpful with any of your needs. Strongly recommend!

The apartment was truly amazing . The location was fantastic and the area was so lovely. There was a great Organic Cafe downstairs for lunch and lots of cafes in the area.

Excellent location, relatively easy to find, catch the SIC bus from international airport and get off at Vatican City, 2nd stop. 15 mins walk even with suitcases. Appt is on 1st floor overlooking the street, has stairs and lift. Very solid building, so very quiet, saw no neighbours. Missing streaming services though. Has good aircon. Fairly good queen bed. Fold out couch might be tight for more than 1 night for 2. Overall good value.

Apartment was clean and had all the essential. Manager let us check in early and drop our bags while the cleaning lady was finishing up. Perfect location, out of the touristy area. Castroni across the street is a gem.
Apartment faces north, not too warm in the summer heat. AC works well. Will stay there again if we go back to Rome.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location. Easy to get to on transit rail line. Walking distance to many attractions in Rome if you like to get out and walk. Highly recommend the location. Really well appointed apartment!

Had a delightful stay at this property. Very close to the Vatican. Easy to get to taxis. A little walk to the hop on hop off bus. The apartment is very nice and modern. The owner and property manager were easy to work with throughout the process from booking to checkout.

This apartment was in the perfect location for us since we really wanted to be near the Vatican. The neighborhood was super safe and the property was very close to the metro which was nice. The apartment was huge! It was really nice to have separate areas and it was only on the second floor so it was really nice to not have to use the elevator.

Property was nice especially the host/property manager Taolo was always available for any help. We would highly recommend. The only challenge we had was with Air Conditioning, the bedroom AC did not work well even when Taolo tried to get it repaired. The area can be noisy sometimes due to restaurants right opposite to the unit.

If you are planning on visiting the Vatican, this is the place to stay. It is literally a five minute walk to the Vatican. There are many great little coffee shops, and restaurants in walking distance also. The apartment is very clean and the owner is very easy to communicate with. He was very attentive to all of our needs. We definitely highly recommend this place.

We just returned from our trip and this property was wonderful. It is located just a few blocks from the Vatican in a great neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants, bakeries, and shops to provide anything you may want. It was also an easy walk to a metro station to get to different parts of Rome as well.

As far as the apartment was concerned, all worked wonderfully : the welcome, the location (top), the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom, etc... However the only problem was no heat in the apartment for no fault of our renter, but rather the law that prohibits heating systems to be turned on after April 7th. In spite of several layers of clothing, 60ish F (16 C) is pretty cold if you want to relax. But all in all it was a wonderful stay.

The bed was very comfortable. There were a few maintenance items that should have been done before our stay; the toilet flushing was broken and the front door very squeaky

This place was great. Spotlessly clean with a really great location. Very close to metro stop. Wonderful restaurant on the corner, as well as many more in the near vicinity. Very close also to a taxi stand. This all made getting around Rome very easy. We definitely recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This rental is located in the perfect neighborhood for seeing all the sites in Rome. A few blocks from the Vatican, St Peters Square, great restaurants and market a few blocks away. Only complaint is there were no extra pillow cases and the pillows need to be replaced as they were dirty. I would also suggest perhaps a booklet with internet log on, map of Rome and local restaurants suggestions which I found helpful in other locations I stayed in Italy.

We loved this apartment, it's exactly how it's advertised. The owner was amazing. Helped us with transportation, suggestions to restaurants and places to visit and allow us to drop off our luggage before the check-in time. He even offer to help us with storage for our luggage the day we departed.
The apartment it's 5-10 min walk to St. Pete Basilica and Vatican museums.
I highly recommend this place and we will definitely rent this place again!

Very nice apartment with views of restaurants below. Nice walking location to Vatican, shops and restaurants. We were met promptly and shown around the apartment. Easy getting in and out of building and felt very secure. Loved the combination washer/ dryer appliance. Bed sleeps well!

Paolo has a great apartment in a perfect location for touring Rome. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for comfort and convenience. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants while allowing you to walk to most of the major attractions the city has to offer. We highly recommend this apartment!

We rented this lovely apartment close to where we needed to be for a week long workshop. It was everything we anticipated. Paolo was right there and was able to fix a glitch in the wi-fi. Paolo did not communicate that if you do not meet him to check in and leave your luggage at a different location he gave me that you would have to pay an hourly rate which caused the daily rate to be much higher. I would highly recommend how to figure out how to have a lock box so guests do not have to wait and meet to enter the condo. He does not have any instructions in the home on how to operate the washer and dryer and the Internet is extremely slow. I would highly recommend getting better quality towels and sheets.

The property was wonderful - we’ll maintained and close to all of the tourist sites that we wanted to visit. Paulo was great to deal with, and Francesco met us at the apartment and was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Lots of space, looks just like the pictures. Located on a tree-lined street one block from the Vatican. Vibrant during the day and quiet at night. We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent safe location close to the Vatican and walking distance from Historical Centre. The apartment is like a home away from home, it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Paolo and Francesco were great at addressing all our needs, including the ride from the airport to the apartment. We are going to recommend it to all our friends visiting Rome. We will return.
