About this house rental
Located in West Beach, this charming house for $699 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Karson's Kastle is one of the best beach houses you will find because of the open floor plan, peaceful setting and 4 of the 5 bedrooms face the beach with large windows plus balconies! The house was totally remodeled with new windows, doors, siding and paint in January 2023! The interior has been updated recently too! It is located a half mile from the last condo in Gulf Shores so it is so peaceful yet so close to everything! Game room under the house includes, Corn hole, pool table, outside TV, comfortable seating, hammock! We have new patio furniture that will be arriving in May 2022 for the game room. There is a gas and charcoal grill too! We provide at least 4 beach chairs and 2 recliners for the beach! The kitchen, dining room, and great room provide exceptional views with a very open floor plan. It has one of the best settings too because of the location. The lot to the left has no home on it yet. The houses across the street are located on a large lagoon that are about 100 yards away and are on large lots. Sleeps up to 16, 4 king bedrooms, On the main floor, there is a powder bath and a Master bedroom suite with full bath and jacuzzi. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. On the North side, there is 1 bedroom with 2 custom built bunk beds. They have 2 Queens on bottom with 2 smaller twins ( good for kids) on the top bunk! It has its own private balcony. There is a door on this bedroom and it has its own private bath. The other 3 bedrooms have king beds and they have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. They all have doors to the deck that faces the Gulf. We have one queen size air mattress too. It is located just 1 mile from Lagoon Pass, the peaceful side of Gulf Shores! The closest condos are 1 mile away. It is just 7 minutes to the Hang-Out and all the action of Gulf Shores. As one of our repeat guests describes it, you would think you are on your own Private Island! Most furniture is brand new including new high seating patio chairs, 50 inch TV's in Bedrooms, 75 inch TV in living room! Bodenhamer Center is about 15 minutes away! It provide fitness room, indoor basketball, indoor pool and games. We stayed with our adult children and grandkids. The location is wonderful! We had the beach to ourselves and it’s an easy drive to restaurants/activities. The kitchen is very well stocked and the lower entertainment area is great! The views are amazing. Everything was very clean and we had no issues. The hosts were very easy to work with!

We found this property through VRBO and fell in love with the location. We were close to “town” with the attractions and restaurants but also distanced enough to enjoy privacy. Taking small children and feeling comfortable with our own space and security was unmatched! The house was perfectly arranged for everyone to have adequate space and comfort. The host was also very willing to accommodate needs and even brought us a new TV remote! Will definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

The property was absolutely amazing! Mark was phenomenal! We are a big family with 5 kids (and their friends - so 10 total ranging in age from 15-48) and the house accommodated everyone perfectly! Downstairs was a big hit at nite for the kids to hangout, play pool, etc….. Can’t beat the beach location and ease of getting off and on the beach - very private feel. This property is a must for those looking for a “private” getaway but close enough to all the action with a 5-15minute drive. Overall extremely satisfied and really enjoyed the house, gulf shores beach and everything the area has to offer.

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely home. We had our 3 grown kids and spouses along with our 6 grandkids. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We appreciated having all the beach equipment here and having a well stocked kitchen. The king size beds with views and balconies was loved by all along with all the beach chairs on the balconies. The proximity to the beach was wonderful with our littles. Thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality. We would definitely return to your awesome home!!

This is our second time at this property, was even better with the new furniture and upgrades. Comfortable beds , fabulous views, well equipped kitchen, and Mark was there at a minutes notice if you needed anything . 5 stars for sure! Could use a new BBQ but no big deal just went out to eat! Will be back!

We rented the house for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. There were 16 of us including all the kids and grandkids and the house was perfect for us! We had other family stop by to wish a happy birthday and we were never overcrowded. The house had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk room and beach access was super convenient! It’s a small thing but everyone liked the concrete and outdoor carpet walkway to the beach. It just made Beach access a lot easier. Between the pool table, toys, the beach and hanging out in the bunk room, the kids never got bored. We brought our propane firepit and roasted marshmallows and made s’mores at night downstairs in the outdoor area. The house was very comfy and enjoyed by all. I think everyone fell asleep on the living room couch at some point during the weekend because it was so comfy. Master bed was very comfy to me but too soft for my husband. 😊. Overall a wonderful trip for our family. I would definitely rent this property again!!

This home exceeded our expectations! The wonderful ocean views from almost every room were incredible. We saw many dolphins every morning (fairly close to the shore). The kitchen was very well equipped. We probably spent most of our time on the outdoor balconies, the game room area under the house, and of course, the beach. Loved having king sized beds in all the bedrooms except the “bunk room.” We are already planning to book another stay sometime next year. Can’t wait!

We so enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful beach house! It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean and saw dolphins everyday and we had a great time grilling and watching football on the lower patio.The convenience of the close proximity to the beach was the best part of all! Perfect for our family of 9 that included a baby. Mark was so responsive to all our questions and even had great recommendations for everything we asked. Honestly, we felt like we didn't even need to leave this house and our slice of the beach. We will definitely return to this house to make more wonderful memories with our family!
