This 3 bed 2 bath house was built in 2005 and is located 1 mile from I-75 & 2 miles from UF campus tucked away right off of University/Newberry Avenue.
The property now has a completely fenced in backyard, perfect for containing pets for peace of mind.
This centrally located home is a perfect place for families, alumni, groups & gameday BBQ's as well as just a quiet getaway. The house includes a fireplace, 2 desks/workspaces, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a master bedroom & bath with 2 sinks, multiple shower-heads, and a large soaking tub.
The house has 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen & 1 full), 2 large reclining sofas, and air mattresses available. House is only The very private backyard has a 4 burner propane grill, charcoal grill and seating area on the back patio overlooking a spacious and private backyard that backs up against a large wooded area.

If you need any assistance, you will be speaking with me, the Owner, directly. I used to live in the house, but now live out of state and stay in the house when I am in Florida. So the house has many amenities that other rentals do not. I am not the best photographer and the pictures are an honest representation of the house. Many guests have said the house is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

The property was so great to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It felt like home away from home and the property owner was so communicative and responsive. I'd give it a 10 out of 10!

A well furnished and supplied home in a residential subdivision. Alex is a wonderful and communicative host.Very family and pet friendly. Zero issues or complaints was perfect for a weekend trip for our nephew’s graduation.

Yes it did but the weather didn’t dampen our visit. The property was just as listed and we were most pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Appreciate all VBRO properties that are pet friendly!
