This high specification apartment is accessible via lift/staircase, comfortably sleeps up to 4/6 people and offers exceptionally spacious bright open plan living/dinning area opening to a large private balcony overlooking magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea, large swimming pool and landscaped gardens. It is fully furnished/equipped with all brand new modern furniture and matching equipments/appliances (in silver colour) and with maximum comfort in mind. It offers two very spacious bedrooms with good quality beds/orthopaedic mattresses and fitted wardrobes, Italian kitchen with granite worktop, separate large family bathroom with bath/shower and full air-conditioning with its running cost included in the rental price. It is truly a comfortable holiday accommodation close to the beaches and many tourist attractions: Tombs of Kings, Paphos harbour, water parks.

This Residential Complex is about 10 minutes drive from the harbour with the bars and nightlife and there is a regular bus service at the top and end of the road or taxis if you don't have a car. There is a nice restaurant/bar called Pambi's which has a great menu to suit all budgets, about 7 minutes walk. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance.

The host, Mitra, could not have been more helpful. I have stayed in 3 apartments in this complex and this one is the most comfortable. If I visit Paphos again I would definitely consider this apartment. It is excellent value for money. I like the open view to the distant sea from the spacious balcony. The apartment was very clean when we arrived.
It is a fair distance from the harbour and the coast, but anyone looking to book an apartment would surely check where it is situated. There is a regular bus service from the end of the road. We hired a car and there is an allocated safe parking space next to the apartment block.
There were one or two small issues, caused by people not being careful in the property, and I mentioned them privately so they can be attended to.

Spent 11 nights in this apartment it was clean and tidy and served its purpose well there was a few maintenance issues which I e mailed Mitra the owner to inform of and she was aware of some of them but said that they will be addressed but they did not impact on our stay. The complex is nice and well laid out the apartment was big enough for my partner to get around in the wheelchair the lift worked perfectly and in our case was essential. Local shops and pubs/restaurant's etc aren't to close by so be prepared for a 10/15 min walk if you have no car.
The pool area is very nice the balcony over looked it we never used it preferring to use the balcony for any sun worshiping times that we had.
Never used the Air con but all other items i.e. the cooker washing machine all worked.
Would I return yes but would probably hire a car next time.

First of all want to thank Mitra for her help in our first half of the rest! We had big problems with apartment and Mitra helped us with our two little children! We had very lovely apartment, located in the superior quiet and relaxing Diana Gardens complex, with clean swimming pool, sunbeds. Our two bedroom apartment was accessible by lift, had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, marvelous patio, well equipped kitchen, plentiful wardrobe space, washing machine, microwave, private parking place, nice interior, air con, such to say everything for feeling like home. I would definitely recommend this apartment! Thanks a lot to Mitra! Good luck!

We were surprised to be charged an extra £200 a month after we had booked and paid for our holiday. But after checking the website we realised we had no choice. It would have been better to take this at source when we booked as we thought we had paid for our holiday in advance
On arrival the person managing the apartment was not aware that we were due so the keys were not there and we had to wait for him to come and let us in. Because of this the apartment hadn't been cleaned so we had to do this ourselves.
Some items were broken and the kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking although there were plenty of plates, knives and forks.
Having said that the apartment was nice and the complex is lovely
