Situated in Grand Baie, this lovely villa for $137 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Pendene Villa is a big private property with private pool and air-conditioning. The pool is fenced for children's security. We keep our villa well maintained and pristine. If you have contact in Mauritius we recommend that you have the villa checked out before reserving. Even though the villa sleeps 11 people it can accommodate up to 14 with a bit of flexibility and creativity. So, if your group exceeds 11 just ask and we can discuss sleeping arrangements. PENDENE is a spacious detached villa only 10/15 minutes walking distance from the best bathing beach in Pereybere and a similar distance from Grand Baie - Mauritians shopping and nightlife 'capital'. A 10 minute drive is Mont Choisy - one of the largest sandy beaches on the island. Supermarket and local produce shopping is less than 10 minutes away. The colonial style villa has balconies front and back and views for miles. The villa has a large private pool and big patio area with barbecue and tropical gardens front and back. It is discreetly managed by husband and wife team Garcon & Baby, who will be there to greet you on arrival, show you where everything is and help you get settled in with the minimum of fuss. Discounted car and airport transfer can be arranged for you and a daily maid service is available for a little extra.. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and electric fans in the lounge, indoor games and a library + TV - DVD - Play Station. Other facilities: Exceptionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher - microwave oven - 5 ringed stove and a plethora of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. Utility room for your laundry with iron and ironing board. Cool boxes to take picnics to the beach. Security: - caretaker/manager on site in a cottage by the gate. - villa alarmed in case of security breach or fire. - CCTV that does not compromise your privacy. - fire extinguishing equipment. - safe for valuables. - burglar proof windows and doors. The villa is cleaned and fresh linen/towels provided once a week. For extra cleaning maid service can be provided for a little extra.

A lovely villa that provided a wonderful base to travel around the island. Conveniently located in the lovely Perybere and near to Grand Baie. Nitish and Pooja were very welcoming and made our stay like a home from home.

The house keepers family is adorable and always there to help. The house is huge so is the pool. Very complete equipment and appliances. Quiet neighbourhood just 5 ms away from Grand Baie by car. The house 's owner is very kind and helpfull too. Thank you Wendy! Will definitively come back.

Absoluty LOVED our time in Mauritius a few areas that could be updated- Manual needed for telly as we couldnt get it to work, general odd jobs- clips around mirrors were rusty in bathrooms. Railing around pool update pictures on website to show they are now there. Surrounding work on villas was noisy and disrupted our peace & quiet, even the children didnt want to go in the pool! But it soon settled after a few days. You need to advertise the fact you have a huge book case full of various books & board games, also snorkling gear, buckets & spades and various other little suprises. 100% Garson & baby credit to your business, whom were, kind, accommodating, nothing was too much hasstle, they were always helpful and Garson even too us shopping and sorted out a hire car for us. Baby cooked us the most delightful meal & kept dropping off little treats like fresh avocado, papaya & pancakes. So all in all we had a fabulous time and will be recommending and maybe even return one day. Thanks so much. Kind regards. Kelly

Property was as per the photos on the website. It was clean and very spacious. Even with 8 people it never felt crowded. Loved the holiday and the villa helped make the holiday special. It had a nice large pool which was used daily. It was well maintained and had everything we needed. My brother even stated that he would miss the villa as it was perfect for our needs.

You will need a car as we found it difficult to get taxis, but other wise we had a very enjoyable time.

Villa très propre et chambres très spacieuses. Environnement calme. Présence de Garcon et Bebe très appréciée et sont tjrs très disponible. Nous étions 5 femmes du Quebec et avons énormément apprécié la villa et son immense piscine. Nous reviendrons car le prix est très abordable comparé aux autres recherches faites. Milles merci a tous

We had a wonderful time at Pendene Villa over the Christmas period. It was large enough for all our needs, despite there being ten people in our group, including three couples and a family of three. All of the rooms are large and airy, and fitted with air conditioning, which was very welcome in the +30 temperatures! Our holiday was also a family reunion, and the villa was the perfect place to congregate throughout the day. We spent many evenings on the patio, organising lunchtime barbeques and playing in the pool. In fact we spent so much time outside that we never really made use of the huge lounge / dining area, although some of the younger members of the group played video games. The caretaker Garcon and his wife, Baby, were very helpful - particularly when it came to booking taxis, and his son very kindly gave us a lift into Pereybere one evening. Wish we were still there!

Villa magnifique, descriptif et photos conformes à la réalité, à 15 minutes à pied de la très belle plage de PEREYBERE et des commerces, sinon bus à 5 minutes de la villa. Villa très propre, très belle piscine et que dire de BABY et GARCON, ce sont des gens adorables, très discrets mais très attentionnés et attentifs au bien être des vacanciers. Les repas mauriciens de BABY sont excellents et les petites crêpes du matin un régal ! Nous avons versé notre petite larme lors de notre départ tant nous avons apprécié nos vacances, la gentillesse et l'investissement de BABY et GARCON pour des vacances inoubliables. Notre petite groupe de 7 personnes est rentré enchanté avec l'idée d'y revenir très très vite tant les mauriciens sont chaleureux et l'île magnifique. Un grand merci à WENDY qui a fait que notre séjour reste inoubliable ! nous n'avons qu'une hâte, c'est d'y retourner ! A très bientôt alors !!!

When we arrived at the property we pretty much dived into the fantastic pool straight away - it was so inviting! The house is really lovely, huge lounge and dining area.a very well equipped kitchen and an amazing hall and staircase - very grand!. The master bedroom is massive, the bed is huge and comfortable and the en-suite is lovely! The master bedroom leads out onto the balcony overlooking the pool and coconut trees. The house sleeps 10 and all the bedrooms were large. Garcon and Baby looked after us beautifully, we enjoyed home-cooked Mauritian food and fresh coconuts. Garcon booked our trips for us and organised a hire car so the whole holiday was completely stress-free! I would recommend a villa over a hotel as it gives complete independence whilst maintaining that luxury holiday feel. Definitely a five star holiday!

This property is as extacly as it looks. We had a great family stay and was totally impressed with the size and comfort this villa offers. Totally equipped with everything you need. The private pool was big with lots of sun loungers. The listing was accurate the property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to all my friends,family and Colleagues. Booking,paying and arriving were done with ease. Thanks to Baby and Garson who were on hand for any help we needed even though we are from Mauritius just them being there made a difference. Thanks to Wendy as well who attended to us from the booking date until arrival.
