There is a fully equipped kitchen for your vacation stay. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The living room has a double reclining couch, flat-screen TV with free secure wifi. There is a sliding accordion partition for privacy to the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and hair dryer. For your beach vacation, you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and noodles. IAN has changed Fort Myers Beach. The beach is nearly the same. The condo is nice and clean with a beautiful view over the Golf of Mexico. We enjoyed our stay and will definetly be back next winter.

The view from the balcony is great! Construction was still going on and pool not open, but we really enjoyed the sun and listening to the ocean!

The apartment was mostly brand new. It had a great kitchen with everything that we needed for our stay. The ocean front view was awesome. It was clean and in a good location. The owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of. Overall a great stay.

We had a great vacation in this condo. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The condo is well-stocked with chairs and pool toys, as well as a beach umbrella. And the view of the gulf is amazing! We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful balcony views. Fantastic pool. We were very pleased with our stay. The only problem we had was the sliding glass door to the balcony should be replaced. Hard to open and close - would slip off track. But no other complaints.

My wife and I had a great time at Kristie’s property! The condo was exactly as pictured and we could not have been happier. The place was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfy and the pool and beach was amazing! Kristie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I’m looking forward to booking another week with Kristie in the future!

Everything was just as listed. Property is gorgeous, beach is fairly private. You aren’t going to have thousands of new friends loud around you playing ball and frisbee. It was like a nature preserve. The wildlife is abundant. The room is beautiful. A little warm for me but I just like it to be a lot cooler. I used the fan provided and it was just fine. Be careful using the light by the sliding balcony door. Don’t ramp it all the way up or security will come check to make sure the blinds are closed. No big deal, I just angled it different and turned it down a notch. The owners have everything very well organized and you’ll have all you need. I wish I was still there vacationing!

This place was perfect for one or two people. Perfect view. Clean. Quiet area. Only negative I would say is the parking lot is not very well lit at night. Other than that, awesome place!

We have been to Fort Myers Beach for our winter vacation for a few years now and this unit at Estero Beach & Tennis Club was by far our favorite. The property was very well organized for guests. They supplied everything you could need for your stay including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag & cooler. The kitchen was very well organized and had everything you needed. The unit was great for our stay & we would highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent location near restaurants, CVS, twice weekly farmers market (the best!), endless beach walking and trolley stops nearby to take you to the North End. . Just loved the condo as it faced the afternoon sun and a magnificent sunset every evening. The pool was one of the warmest ever and no problem with getting a chair. We did not use the tennis courts but seemed always available -- would love to see the condo HOA put in a pickle court!! Property mgr gave excellent documents with all the ins/out of how to make your stay enjoyable. Will certainly go back to this place again!!!

Good price for a nice area. Awesome amenities. Pretty beach with easy access. We had a wonderful relaxing time: golf, beach, sunset cruise, dolphin adventure on jet skis, lots of good restaurants in the area.

It was perfect for our week at the beach. Did not care for people saving seats at the pool as soon as it opened. Condo was equipped with great kitchen utensils, as we like to cook. Enjoyed South Beach Grill and Pinchers. Thank you Kristi!

The landscaping is maintained so nicely. The property is clean, quiet and a very chill atmosphere. I would love to come back here again. We mainly went to Bonita and the Naples area since the north end seemed to be a little more crowded than what we wanted. Great place for a peaceful vacation!

There are many units to rent at Estero Beach & Tennis club. We rented this unit for the beautiful view and the reviews that stated Kristie was the perfect host. Kristie responded immediately to any questions we had and we felt very confident booking with her. The unit was perfect for us. I can't think of anything that we needed or wanted that was not provided. We had a terrific week.

We had a wonderful Two Week stay at EBT. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. When you walk in the door the first time you just say WOW, look at that View! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony having our coffee, and looking at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We watched dolphins in the morning, and loved the beautiful sunsets ! Kristie is very friendly and wonderful to work with. Before we arrived she made sure we had all the information for check in to departure. We loved this charming condo and will be returning next year.

We had a great time staying here for a week. The location is amazing, great views and a beautiful beach. The shopping center across the street was super convenient. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with all of the extras a guest could need! The host was great with communication and easily reachable. I would stay here again!
