About this house rental
Located in Mission Beach, this charming house for $980 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 2017 complete remodel! Beachy-chic style with ocean views from both 2nd and 3rd levels. This amazing property is just steps to the beach, boardwalk and famous Belmont Park. Featuring 6 bedrooms - including 3 Master Suites - 5.5 baths and sleeping arrangements for up to 17 guests. Enjoy unparalleled ocean and sunset views from either expansive deck while barbecuing or just relaxing in this ideal vacation home. Throughout the 3000+ square feet of bright and open living space, our home is ideal for families and travelers looking to experience everything San Diego has to offer. The home is comprised of two separate units which can be combined into one large home. The entry floor has a family room, kitchen, dining area as well as 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and a laundry room. There is a Master suite and a second bedroom with queen size bunk beds sleeping a total of 6. From here you can take either the interior or exterior staircase up to a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath unit that sleeps up to 11. This unit is comprised of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property. The 2nd floor, boasts an open kitchen, dining and living area with stone fireplace ideal for entertaining, as well as 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths and laundry room. The 3rd floor features 2 spacious Master suites. The front Master showcases bi-fold doors opening directly to the 3rd floor deck where you can relax while watching and listening to the ocean surf - you will feel like you are sitting on the beach! The second Master features a huge bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, separate makeup vanity, dual sinks and a huge soaking tub with ocean views! A cozy 3rd floor office provides a private retreat for those needing to (begrudgingly) bring work along with them. Everything inside our home is brand new including top of the line appliances, furnishings, cabinets, windows, floors, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and DirecTV. Property features include TWO fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, washer and dryer, TWO Weber barbecue, parking garage for one full-size car and one compact car PLUS an outdoor parking space for one standard size car, brand new furniture, bedding and more. There is a convenient outdoor shower located on the side patio for quick clean-up after the beach. The beds in each room are as follows: 4 Bedroom Unit - Master Bedroom 1: King; Master Bedroom 2: California King; Bedroom 3: Queen bed & twin bed; and Bedroom 4: Queen bunk beds. 2 Bedroom Unit - Master Bedroom: King; Bedroom 2: Queen bunk beds. Our home is located steps to the beach and a half-block to Belmont Park, an oceanfront amusement and entertainment center boasting the historic Giant Dipper roller coaster, famous simulated wave machines and unique oceanfront restaurants. We are located approximately 5-10 minutes to SeaWorld and 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and San Diego International Airport. Parking: Garage is 15'3" wide 17'3" deep and the garage clearance is 6'8". Outdoor space is 8 feet wide by 18 feet long. Plan your beach escape now!

My family (father, brother, wife, infant, and myself) spent a week at this location and loved every minute of it. The place was exactly as we were expecting and it was close to everything in Mission Bay. I would highly recommend this house for a large family gathering. The Howe was extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

We had a group of 10 guys staying there for my little brother's bachelor party. It is such a cool house and the 2 separate units were perfect for us.
The location couldn't be any better. Right off the beach and close to all the spots in Mission Beach and about a 30-minute walk up the boardwalk to Pacific Beach.
I'm going to be recommending this place to anyone that has a larger group visiting SD.

My family and I have made a yearly trip to San Diego the past 3 years and this location was ideal for us! Walking distance to many food options plus entertainment for the kids at Belmont park. The location to the beach was fantastic as well! The house is very nicely decorated and updated. Unfortunately, my cousin had to work this year so he utilized the 3rd story upper deck to work from and was still able to enjoy the beach sounds and sights. We had 2 suvs and an extended cab and bed truck and were able to fit all 3 in the parking spaces allotted huge bonus for San Diego parking😉 We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time staying at this property with my family (spouse, 3 sons and oldest son’s girlfriend). Easy 1 minute walk to Mission Beach; garage parking was very convenient. Quick drive to San Diego Zoo & other non-beach tourist locations. House well equipped for cooking which was great. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation. Would definitely return to this specific beach location!!

We had such a great time. The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. The property host was attentive to all of our needs and very quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay at this property in the future. We loved how it was a large enough property to accommodate our large family.

We are a family of 16 with 3 married adults and grandchildren so the home was perfect as everyone had their own rooms and bath rooms. We reserved the entire home that gave us the 2 kitchens for lots of home cooked meals that saved us $ by eating in for most of our meals.
The spacious mid floor and patio was great as we had plenty of room for gathering for game and talent night and meals. The home was well stocked with all the appliances, dishes, large serving bowls and plenty of beach towels and sand chairs and toys. Extra bonus was the 2 sets washers and dryers! The family especially appreciated the very short walk to the beach and the fun zone that was a much nicer than I had anticipated.

Loved the patios and gathering rooms…perfect for walking to the beach, shops, amusement park/rides, and comfortable relaxing with a large group…enough room to spread out and play games along with spaces for privacy. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Very cool area on mission beach walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. It isn’t often that the in person product is better than pictures, but I can undoubtedly say the pictures do not do this place justice. 3rd foot balcony view is unbeatable.

Aesthetically it looks nice, however walking on it was uncomfortable and very difficult for handicapped and children. We hated it.
The mattresses were not comfortable.

We rented both units for our extended family totaling 14 people. The place is spacious and we never felt like there were too many people. We all loved the house and location. The house is nicely decorated and has all the necessary amenities. Plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance. It was nice watching the sunset from the upper patio while enjoying a cocktail and grilling. We feel this was the best home we could have chosen for our vacation. We are already thinking about a return trip. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

It is within walking distance of many activities and restaurants with easy access to the freeway. Most especially, it is SO close to the beach! And the ocean views from the rental are better than advertised! Liz was easy to reach and quick to respond!

We rented both units (upper & lower) for a week-long family reunion in June. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again. The property was spacious and 10 adults fit easily. It was clean and well appointed: we cooked most nights and the upstairs kitchen is great (we didn't use the downstairs kitchen). Pluses: 2 minute walk to boardwalk/beach, close to everything (mini-grocery, liquor store, restaurants,...), several outdoor patios, check-in easy, parking (2 garage and 1 outdoor spots). Things to consider: codes for interior stairway connecting upper and lower units and garage was confusing at first - several different combos. You are staying in a bustling area (a block from a busy beach and the roller coaster/Belmont Park area) so there is a fair amount of background city noise. That was just fine for us but worth considering. Altogether we loved our week here!
