Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this charming house for $621 per night is a great option for your next break. ALOHA! Mark Twain called Hawaii “The loveliest fleet of islands that lies anchored in any ocean”..We brought a little Hawaii to North Myrtle beach SC! Our surf themed property welcomes y'all to "Just Coast" in North Myrtle Beach! Centrally located "just" across the street from the Atlantic coast, "just" a block away from Ocean Drive & "just" 1.5 miles from Cherry Grove pier will have y'all did we not "just" stay there!?!? ALOHA Accepting only family bookings, not college!! We do rent to student groups. PRICING LISTED IS FOR FAMILIES ONLY. If you are a student group (not a family), send an inquiry so we can match you with the proper unit to sleep your group and work with you on pricing. We will be happy to discuss the reasons why student group pricing is different than family pricing. Alamoana (which means path to the sea in Hawaiian) sleeps up to 24 people in 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms on 3 floors, 1 full kitchen, 2 additional kitchens with full size appliances and cook top (no oven), washer& dryer, FREE Parking, free wifi, 1 smart television on main floor in living room for you to use your accounts to stream television, private billards room, shared out door grilling area & shared pool on property. We are located directly across from the ocean and directly behind Main Street! Why would you want to pack the car up each day for the beach, drive a few blocks from your vacation home, look for an empty spot at beach access & pay to park?? Avoid the hassle and "Just" stay with us where you can park your cars for free & WALK across the street to the ocean or to Ocean Drive! There are eight 3 story units in the building. Paradise Cove Vrbo 1312322 is a mirror image of this listing. Everyone asks why we do we not provide linens? The answer is simple we would rather offer YOU our valued customers lower rates to allow you and your loved ones more fun money :) Instead of adding random admin fees and laundry we "just" pass the savings right on to you! We are more than happy to rent them to you $25 a bed. Please let me know 30 days prior to check in if you would like to do so. After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Once received I will email all the important info and your unique key pad door code. This code will be emailed to you after you book along with all the helpful info. Property owners require the image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back within 7 days of booking. I will send it to you as a pdf right after booking :) We utilize an electronic key pad so you will go straight to your unit. Be sure to click thru the images to get an idea of where your unit is located. Check in is 4PM Check out is 11AM. Please do not attempt to enter your rental until 4PM or later to avoid a charge of $200 if the code was used we get a text saying your unique code was used. All of the properties are professionally sanitized and need time to dry. Groups consisting of primary booker under the age of 21, will be required to email a parent signed responsibility form and pic of parents ID. Accidental Damage insurance is required $59 and $300 cleaning fee which are already included in your inquiry price :) cleaning fee includes washing the bedding/spreads/mattress covers/pillow covers, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and counting kitchen inventory/making sure it’s clean, and putting away clean dishes from the dishwasher. Here is "just" a little more additional info based off of recent reviews we have received: The property and each unit is Professionally sprayed once a month by an exterminator, you will see palmettos because they come in on people, beach chairs, towels and anything/anyone who has come from outside. The answer to “why am I seeing these pests” is they reside in palm trees and find their way into the building by riding in on people and beach stuff. I call them our unofficial mascot of our beach town ;) Maintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and I will provide you their number with a list of Emergency after hour vs non Emergency scenarios. Quiet hours at Catalina (pool closes at 10 p.m.) noise in building should not be heard outside of your unit after 11 p.m. Please shower or hose off you and your crew after leaving the beach and before jumping in the pool. We do have it cleaned everyday (we do this around day break to avoid you having to see it) :) Showering off and getting all the sand off your suits helps a lot more than you think :) We do have our thermostats set and locked. However if you are too cold or too hot you can text maintenance :) between 10AM-5PM to have them come look at it. We ask to keep all windows and doors closed because if left open the HVAC shuts off all together. I will keep adding useful bits of info as I get them to pass on to you our potential guests. It was really cold when we arrived. We couldn’t adjust the thermostat because it was locked in a box. However, when I called our host (Monroe) he sent someone over right away to unlock the box. After that, my family and I enjoyed our stay

Loved this place , kids had fun teenagers close to the beach in walking distance to shops restaurants etc . Will defiantly stay again host was great answered any questions in a quick timely manner . Parking was not bad . This is a great place for families will definitely book again in the future .

Be prepared to walk.. not older ppl or handicapped accessible!!! The views from some rooms where absolutely amazing.. 3 floor house... Great young or fit family..we were fat and almost died trying to make it up and down the steps.. However if my mom wasnt handicapped and had to stay in the room the week I would definitely book again!!! The host was very responsive...the rooms are dated and the beds arent the most comfortable.. but for location and price you can not beat this!!! ..This truly a great find!!!!

Well this was not the first place I rented but the rental team really came through for me and my family. We rented another place, not from this group. When we checked in to our first place it was horrible. I started searching for other opportunities that had 6 bedrooms. They were limited, but I found Monroe’s place. To say he went out of the way to provide excellent cussing service would be an understatement. He ended up getting the place ready for me and the other 7 people in my group in a few hours late in the evening. When there was a question or issue they responded and took care of it immediately with an acceptable resolution. We even extended our stay an extra day ! Now for the place: it is right near all the activities so you are close to everything, the unit we stayed in was clean and you could tell that the cleaning company was on top of everything. The rooms are a little dated and they do not have TV’s in them but that wasn’t an issue for me or my family. Could the place use a few updates, absolutely. But it was clean, had a pool and a pool table and the service was absolutely amazing!I will be staying here again and would recommend this property and management team to anyone looking for a property!

Catalina mannor is a good place to stay, clean, close to the beach, instructions were easy to follow about the door code. I recommend it.

This property is definitely older and doesn't have all the bells and whistles (make sure you have the correct expectation) but it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. We plan to stay there again!

Once you got over the fact that the accommodations were actually for a bunch of frat boys, it was okay. Lots of rooms, bathrooms (had to lift the back to flush) and close to activities. We cleaned when we got there and left it better than before. Should have photographed the spots on carpets, and floors and walls but what hell! It was a good family vacation.

Based on the reviews i read prior to my stay... I was surprised., myself , my family & friends enjoyed our stay it is very spacious ,also we enjoyed the smart TVs on the 1st and second floor , the wifi worked great ,the location is close to grocery stores & shopping areas, & you could even walk to a late night pizzaria (right across the street) , this location was perfect due to we had teens that like to "do their own thing" very safe feel, not exactly on the busy side on north myrtle which was perfect. ...OK now this unit should be updated (however it wasn't a deal breaker) , as far as cleanliness it was "OK" , my family & I cleaned the unit over with our own supplies upon entering, now being that we stayed during thanksgiving, we were cooking a meal the stove tops located on 1st & second floor only heated to a warm temp, and in the main kitchen 3 eyes worked on the main stove however , when I called management on Thanksgiving after 5 to my surprise she answered for me , she even came down & helped me with a perfect resolution (I can't tell you what she done😉) I truly appreciate the kindness, she absolutely went above and beyond for me. & the kitchen is stocked with good pots & pans & most things you'll need for your cooking needs , I hope this helps & the price was great we plan on rebooking!

Was very roomy... Not enough dining area for the amount of people it slept. Wasn't thoroughly cleaned found numerous items under beds and couches from previous occupants. Also bugs were though out. Location was great. Walking distance to everything and very close to the beach. And the price was great

We enjoyed our visit. Location near the beach was a plus, and the pool was nice. Lots of stairs so be prepared to go up and down 3 or 4 levels. Liked that there was more than one kitchen and plenty of beds for our family group. Could use a bit of updating.

Seamless check in. Beautiful spacious multi level across from ocean and a block from Main Street. Absolutely clean on check in. Pool tables in room were awesome. Pool was perfect post beach hang out and the back yard BBQ deck was great.
