About this house rental

Located in East Falmouth, this attractive house for $808 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Wake up and open the Juliet balcony to breathe in the fresh salt air! Have your morning coffee with or without your family on one of the many decks over looking the water :). Or you could just sit on the dock watch the swans, ducks, fish, baby lobsters and geese too swim by (They love bread and popcorn). Maybe you will decide to sit in front of the 55' Ultra 4K TV or put on the house wide Sonos while cooking up a nice breakfast. There are water views in every angle so your mind will be blown the entire time you walk through the house. You could stay at home and use the small beach in your backyard or drive 5 minutes to the closest beach! Or maybe you can fish off the dock (Stripers are plentiful), cook your catch on the BBQ, swim, play some corn hole or sit and relax looking at your unobstructed views. Then you can take a nice warm outdoor shower while optionally viewing the views (depends on how daring you are). Make use of the kayaks and Canoe by going up and down Green Pond. You could certainly go out to the ocean, but you may 'need a bigger boat' :). The other nice feature of the house is that the bottom level is a one bedroom apartment with its own kitchen and full bathroom. Of course, with gorgeous views as well that walk out to a sandy 'beach' in the back of the house. The upstairs level boasts a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous dining room (could be out of a magazine from Beach Cottages) and large living room area with a big TV. There is one bedroom on this floor and one full bathroom. The second level has two large bedrooms and a bathroom. It will be hard to pick one because the views are stunning from each one. One has a gorgeous Juliet Balcony and the other has HUGE windows. I don't even know which one I would choose. The third level (really 4th) has a loft area with a daybed. It is actually a nice size area that is used as an office/extra bedroom. The house is fully air conditioned with new efficient central heating and cooling. The list does not end because the street is a dead end. There are only about 6 houses past our house so you can pretty much stand on the street and very, very few cars go by. It is very quiet. What is amazing is that although it is quiet you can walk to a Dunkin Donuts in about 7 minutes or drive there in 2. There are some great restaurants within 5-7 minutes of the house, a grocery store and spa at the beginning of the street, fitness center close by and you always have downtown Falmouth within a 10-15 minute drive (depending on if you take the scenic route by the waters edge). PS - Feel free to charge your car at the house. Our house is EV friendly. You can charge a Tesla, Leaf, etc. with our NEMA 14-50 outlet.

Stephanie’s home is beautiful with outstanding views of the water. Outdoor eating is wonderful, we ate on the deck every night. The kayaks are a bonus, and we saw egrets and herons every day. Amenities were wonderful and any problems were addressed immediately. Can’t wait to be back!

Our family of 12 had a lovely week in this cozy Cape Cod home. Beautiful views of the Green Pond waterway in a peaceful and quiet setting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect spot. Close to everything you need and the owner was awesome to communicate with 😊

Everything I read about the home was true. It was in excellent condition. The view from the deck was amazing. The location was wonderful near the beaches near the stores near restaurants. There was lots to do with the kids. It was three children under the age of five and five adults and we have plenty of room.

This house is in a great location and has everything you need. My group enjoyed the canoes and kayaks and loved the outdoor fire pit. The set up of the house was great for our group that had multiple couples/families. Overall a great stay. The only minor suggestion I had was a larger trash can/receptacle but other than that everything was spot on. I would highly recommend this property!

The views from the house and property are just amazing. The water view, the birds and the pristine tree line are beautiful. And even in the front of the house the road is quiet and the land across the street is all natural.

The home is beautifully decorated with great views of the water making it a perfect backdrop for morning coffee and late evening dinners. The house was well equipped both in the kitchen and for the outdoors. We found it to be very comfortable with careful attention to all the details including the furnishing, decorating, and what a renter might need for a weekly visit. We all had a wonderful time kayaking, grilling, and enjoying the sunsets. Stephanie is the perfect vacation home owner and was very responsive to all of our questions being first time house renters. Can’t wait to return next year!

Stephanie’s is an exceptional vacation rental. Just feet from the tidal pond with a view of the salt marsh on the opposite shore and undeveloped land beyond, the scenery changes constantly. Snowy egrets, great blue herons, cormorants, Canadian geese, mallards, river otters, swans, osprey and occasional gulls pass by or stop to feed, sunbathe or preen. The inside is as well equipped as you’re likely to find and the attention to detail in furnishing and decorating speaks of a well loved home. No need to bring watercraft, fishing poles, beach chairs or indoor games, but a pair of binoculars for close ups of the wildlife might come in handy. The house was exceptionally clean throughout and Stephanie and her property manager are delightful and very responsive.

Our family had a wonderful week in Falmouth! The home was the cleanest, best stocked and most stylish vacation home we have ever rented. My whole family loved it. We loved the views of the water and birds, enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and the beach. Stephanie is a wonderful and responsive host!

The house was great, the views were AMAZING. We stayed here for a week with a small group of friends and this house was perfect for our group. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the views from each of the rooms. If you're looking for a quiet cape cod retreat where you can enjoy water views and birdwatching, this is the spot for you!

Everything was perfect! Stephanie (the owner) was so great. She was communicative and pleasant. Left us a bag of goodies to use during our stay. The house was super clean and decorated beautifully!
