This charming, beautiful, super clean and well kept place allows for the best of both worlds - quiet and relaxation with quick access to the most beautiful downtowns, charming shops, galleries, beaches, cultural centers, activities and more in CAPE ANN. The property is near Magnolia and Gloucester Downtown.
Listen to the ocean during the peaceful evening, from the deck or front porch. Also a delightful sound of the buoy will captivate the beautiful moment.
The house itself is adorable and has been fully renovated. With 1 new brand kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths + 1 master bath, is a perfect place for more than 1 family, group or couples. The flexible floor plan allows for a variety of room uses.

The Coolidge Reservation Trail 6 mins. from the house by car. A one-mile trail runs from the parking area to the top of Bungalow Hill, around Clarke Pond to Magnolia Beach, and to the Ocean Lawn. Easy walking, though moderate in places.
When to Visit... Ocean Lawn: year-round, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 8AM to sunset. Gray (Magnolia) Beach: May through September, 8AM to sunset for walking only. No sunbathing allowed. Remainder of the property: year-round, daily, 8AM to sunset. Allow a minimum of 1 hour.

A beautiful property in the Magnolia section of Gloucester, MA. A comfortable and spacious house with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The driveway is a bit steep and the main bedroom bed is not very comfortable but those are only really minor complaints. The host was very responsive and polite throughout the whole process. I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to enjoy Cape Ann!

This house and location is perfection! We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Listening to the sounds of the ocean at night was as relaxing as could be.This house really has everything in it - there's a better stocked kitchen than at my house! We traveled with a one year old and a four year old - the house had everything: pack and play, pack and play mattresses, toys, high chair, kids cutlery and plates, safety items for sockets and doors, I could go on and on. There is no safety gate for the stairs but we blocked our curious toddler with the pack and play, and it worked perfectly. We would recommend staying here a million times over!

The house is beautiful, we are a family of 5 and each of my kids have their own comfortable rooms. Kitchen, bathroom and practically the entire house is well equipped for your own convenience and ease. Checking in was a breeze. The house is beautiful & close to downtown and sites in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay, & hoping to be back soonThank you to Rafal and Jessica for sharing with us their beautiful house

The house and location was perfect. Our family gathered and celebrated Christmas, we had all the room we needed. We all hope to return to this house, there was plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms, the open floor plan provided plenty of room to gather and for the kids to play. We enjoyed all the holiday festivities Cape Ann had to offer...lights, shopping, food and of coarse Santa. Not to mention the beautiful sunrise every morning viewed from the deck (yes it was cold, but so worth it). Thank you for the wonderful Christmas get away !!! Chris T. and family
