Situated in Provincetown, this lovely condo for $178 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Centrally located, but in a quiet stretch at 452 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA and across the street from the beach, our condo awaits you. Walk to fabulous bars and restaurants, enjoy direct access to the beach across the street, as well as views of the water from nearly every room. Our two bedroom condo offers both the new and the old Cape Cod life. The unit comes with exclusive use of the 158 square foot covered downstairs porch. Nicely appointed with everything you'll need for a beach vacation, including: towels and linens, kitchen and cooking supplies, beach chairs and towels, in an immaculate well cared for old Cape Cod home. Relax and enjoy....Provincetown awaits you! Regarding parking: We have a spot for loading & unloading bags, etc, but there are no spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St where there are lots of spots. Parking is not metered. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away, but the house is across from the beach, and steps from a grocery store, not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops & restaurants, bars, etc so most people don't need to use their car much. There are also numerous municipal and private parking lots located within walking distance that offer daily and long term parking. This was our second time back at the condo and we were thrilled to return to the familiar comfort, great location, and all the best of Ptown. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the location can't be beat. Waking up to views of the bay and evenings spent on the porch were perfect.

Comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described! A great front porch for watching everything on Commercial Street; beach access directly across the street; PAAM on the other corner; an abundance of galleries and restaurants in close proximity. And dog friendly! We loved it!

This condo is absolutely spectacular. Gail honored its history while adding important modern conveniences. It is clear that a great deal of care and taste have been applied to preparing it for rental. They've attended to every detail down to providing beach chairs, beach towels, and dog dishes. The location is excellent with beach access across the street, and a grocery store just steps away.

We had a nice stay at this property. The location is very good right on Commercial St, beach access directly across the street. The beds were very comfortable. The only down side was our unit did not include a parking spot which was a big inconvenience. Finding a parking spot on commercial st every time you need to use your car is not easy. Ended up having to pay for parking for the duration of our stay. In fairness to the owner it was clear that a parking spot was not included. It was just a bigger inconvenience then We had thought it would have been. Overall we had a nice stay.

We never wanted to leave, the kitchen had everything we could think of, the furniture was comfortable, the bathrooms were just what we needed and the absolute best part-that porch! We loved hanging out and watching the world go by. We will definitely be back! Thanks Gail!

Four women (65+ y/o) had a wonderful stay. We loved the covered porch the access to the beach (even though it was April chilly weather), and floor plan. Beds were very comfortable and the space light and inviting. Great location!

The condo was roomy and comfortable. It is situated right on Commericial Street which makes it easy to go anywhere in town, and is especially walkable. Seating on the porch made it easy to "people watch" and enjoy the warm weather without leaving the apartment. But if you did choose to walk along the beach there is a public entrance directly across the street. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We always stay in the 2 bedroom 1st floor unit with our pups. The unit is always spotless and it seems like there are new improvements done every season! The kitchen is well stocked, Beds are super comfortable.. Nice beach chairs on porch that you can take across the street and enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. Super location. Great restaurants close by as well as Angel foods supermarket across the street. Our favorite spot in Ptown! Gail is terrific to work with! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property in a wonderful location. The best part, however, is the porch. It is the best place to have coffee, cocktails, visit with friends, and people- watch! We move our chairs from shade to shade all day long and read, relaxed and loved on our favorite place!

An historic house, Tall Ships has captured our hearts. This is our second stay and cannot emphasize that this place has it all. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Normally we don’t cook, but because it had all what we needed for great meals and conveniences we took advantage. Comfortable beds, my daughter was thrilled she had her own bedroom. The porch was so much fun to relax in a rocking chair and say hello to people passing by. Literally across the street, grab a beach chair, a book and relax. No need to look up the tides. Our place even had a tide gauge and you can see how many hours the tides change. Our dog loved the stay. Exceptionally clean, decor is charming and we can’t wait to come back. Gail our hostess was always an email away and very responsive to any questions we had.

A perfect place to relax and renew. The location in the Gallery District and across from the beach is amazing! A nice mix of quiet and activity. We lived on the porch - a wonderful place to read, sun and people-watch. The condo was well-appointed with everything we needed. We have stayed here many times and will be back again!

Tallships condo is the perfect place for us to stay in Ptown.
The condo has easy access to the beach, short walking distance to Angels Foods and a wonderful porch to sit on to watch the people walk by.
It is in the East End of Provincetown close to all of the art galleries.
The owners are very responsive and communicative.

My sister and I made a return trip to this condo; this time my 10 year old nephew joined us. The listing for this property is very accurate: impeccably clean, plenty of towels, linens, etc., and easy/comfortable communication with the owner. We enjoyed some leisurely afternoons on the front porch and easy access to the beach for low tide exploring. We hope to return again next year; this place feels like home.
A couple tips for future renters:
1. Once you park don't move your vehicle until you're ready to go home; especially during peak-season.
2. If you plan on eating in most nights bring spices/herbs/roasting pan for the oven.

We are quite happy every time we stay here. Plenty of room to relax, everything you may need is already there and it is a perfect location. Close enough to the activity to walk and far enough to be quiet!

The only comment we had was check in. Back door wasn’t labeled so we couldn’t find which door to enter. We didn’t want to enter the wrong door. The front doors weren’t labeled so we kept walking around a few times. Called and the answered right away to help us.

I believe this was my second/third? time staying at Gail's place. I enjoyed it before with friends over from the U.K. in 2019. Since then, there have been some nice upgrades (TV's) and the quality of amenities, location, friendly and courteous guests, etc. can't be beaten! I have other places I've stayed in P-town. 2021 was my 7th time. I love, love, love staying here. It always feels like "home" to me. And, their COVID rules and level of cleaning are what should be expected (but often isn't delivered) by all other places. I'll be back. And, will be forwarding the info abt this property to my dear friends who've stayed up on Corn Hill for nearly thirty years now.

This was our second year staying at Tall Ship Condos. . Everything was ready upon arrival and the condo was clean and comfortable. The front porch was amazing as were the floral additions to the front gardens. The location cannot be beat-a perfect distance from town and across from the bay beach which is perfect for walking and swimming. Gail is a fabulous and responsive host and kept us up to date with the changing restrictions in PTown. We highly recommend Tall Ships and can't wait to stay here again next year.

This condominium is spacious, clean, nicely appointed and perfect for a family or a small group traveling together. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of towels. Nothing is missing The two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it very comfortable. The crowning glory iof this unit is the front porch. Property manager is very responsive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend

This was a truly lovely accommodation. Well equipped, great porch, kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The second bedroom is very small…but worked well. The Communication from the owner was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Tallship condo. We previously rented another unit and were excited to return and stay in a larger unit. The unit was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need for our stay. Check in was seamless and Gail was always prompt to respond to any messages pre check in. The location is perfect, easily walkable to everything in town and beach access right across the street. The best part of the unit is the large front porch. It is the perfect place to watch the world go by. I could have happily sat there for the rest of the summer!
