Stayed in this complex about 7 years ago in a different unit, this unit was a good bit nicer. Pretty much everything was in new condition, also allowed us a late checkout. Probably the best pool in the area.

My family loved this condo! The decor was beautifully done and nicely renovated condo. The kitchen had all cooking supplies needed for the week. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Samara.

The pictures are accurate and the views from the main living room is stunning. The kitchen and living area are large and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and the couches are large and comfortable. TV works great and Wifi is good. Overall a good stay but the first negative makes it borderline 3 stars. Local is just outside of town and perfect. The negatives are as follows; 1) The biggest negative is the sewer smells that permeates into the unit from both bathrooms. The older bathroom is near unusable due to this. We also had a very strong sewer smell in the laundry room which was fixed by the local handyman who responded quickly. There was never a time when the smell was completely gone. The smell is also present outside but at least the light breeze keeps it at bay. 2) The bedrooms are small and the one with the smelly, older bathroom has no windows hence no ventilation or natural light. We did not use this bedroom except for storage. 3) The building is up a steep, unpaved road and you will need a 4x4 for it. It is not lit so hard to find at night.

This is a beautiful property, ideally located just a short 10 minute easy walk from the centre of town and the beach. The apartment is spacious and one of the only ones with a balcony which is a huge plus. Michelle was extremely helpful, especially when we were faced with a having to delay our arrival due to a hurricane, as were all the staff on site. Overall a fantastic stay

Our 2nd time in CR and Samara. We stayed 10 days after 11 days in Playa del Coco. Our 1st time at Veneto that I chose for the view and other amenities. 1st the positives: the view is spectacular, the grounds very nice, the pool exceptional, the staff also exceptional, security was excellent, the room had everything you could want or need except for a grill to bbq on but we has our own small one, close to town, and did I mention the view. Now the very few negatives: there was nasty sewer smell that often was present that the staff and owners were trying to address and figure out, the road up to the property was rough but then so are most unpaved roads in CR, it is a bit of a walk to the beach but we had a rental car so not an issue for us, had to literally walk outside of the electric gate to bbq and for people to smoke, not huge issue for us but and inconvenience. These things being said to be open and honest with my review, the view and staff made up for these things. The owners in this property really need to come together and get a gas grill purchased for guest use as they have plenty of space for one, the road needs tended to, and figuring out the cause and fixing the odor problem is a must. Otherwise this is a gem of a property and we would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Melissa, Antonio, and the rest of the grounds staff for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner (Michele) and the manager (Melissa) were both extremely responsive and accommodating to our family with small kids! The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Samara and we enjoyed the feeling of privacy, quiet and relaxation. We discovered the nearby beach of Carillo towards the end of our stay, but definitely recommend going there (10 minute drive from condo),

We loved our time at this beautiful condo! The kitchen was one of the best equipped of any rental we have had. Also, it was so well equipped for the beach! The pool was warm and clean! The short walk to town and the beach was perfect. We ended up renting a car after 5 days so we could see the area. Thanks Michele! And Melissa too! We hope to return some day!
