Nestled in San Pedro, this lovely villa for $500 per night is a great option for your next trip. This luxury vacation home at Casa Redonda is located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town & can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably and is right in front of the breathtaking turquoise sea. You’ll have incredible views from nearly every part of Casa Redonda’s upper level, which accommodates up to 8 guests with four bedrooms & three baths in 4,300 square feet (400 m²) of space. You’ll especially love the 1800 square foot (167 m²) veranda! There is a shaded breakfast area, a covered bar area with multi color tiling, and still plenty of space for an open air dining table for up to eight and several lounge chairs. The balcony that encircles the house has multiple access points, including via three of the four bedrooms. Highlights: •4 bedrooms/3 baths: king (with en suite bath), 1 king which can be made in to twins, another king, 1 queen Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine, etc) Mini-split AC in each bedroom; ceiling fans in every room Huge veranda with shaded bar & breakfast areas Private pool (37’x18′) with infinity edge Private meditation area with 2 hammocks under a palapa. There is easy access to and from town either by bicycle, golf cart, or taxi. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier. Our staff can assist you with anything you may need. We also have cook service & massage therapy available upon request. We can assist you will golf cart rentals, excursions, & local airline reservations. From the beautiful veranda, enter your beach home to the spacious “great room” with kitchen, dining & living areas all under a gorgeous gabled ceiling of native Belizean woods. The large windows & glass doors allow beautiful views of the sea while cooking, dining and relaxing. The living area has three large sofas which make for easy socializing! And there is an entertainment center in a built-in armoire when you want to relax in front of your favorite movie or show. The dining table comfortably seats eight. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a central island with professional stainless steel oven/stove and breakfast bar, a large refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, and other small kitchen appliances. Enjoy beautiful touches such as the granite counter tops and custom-made mahogany wood cabinets. The principal bedroom has a king bed and en suite full bath with stall shower and separate tub. The bedroom has a large window and a sliding glass door that allow panoramic views of the sea as well as balcony access. The second and third bedrooms each have beautiful original wall murals done by a local artist. Each of these rooms has a sliding glass door to the balcony. Between these two bedrooms is a “jack & jill” double sink area (with an entry from each bedroom) and a separate toilet and tub/shower room. One bedroom has a king bed (which can be made in to twins) & one has a queen. The fourth bedroom is the smallest, but still plenty spacious with the closet area being just outside the bedroom itself in a private corridor. It has a queen bed & guests would use the full bath (with tub/shower) just off the living room. All the bedrooms have mini-split air conditioning units, so can be individually climatized. Your private pool is 37 x 18 feet (11.25 x 5.5 meters) with the deepest part 6.5 feet (2 meters) and it has an infinity edge which faces the sea. You’ll have plenty of space for relaxing on the many cushioned lounge chairs on the two pool decks, plus of course the nearby hammock! You won’t be short of fabulous views while swimming, eating and relaxing here. The pier is available to guests between 6 am and 6 pm; it is shared with our next door neighbors where any tour operator will pick you up and drop you off for excursions. Fishing off the pier is quite popular and the palapa at the end of the pier keeps you cool in the shade. Note that if you rent this upper level, your party will have the home to yourselves; the lower level will not be rented to others while you are there.

I noticed people commented about location of this house so please note it is a sold 15 minute GOLF cart ride into the main parts of town. It is a quiet area that may not be every groups jam but we loved it. Manager was super helpful. Staff at location was amazing and answered every question and request. I would highly recommend this house and management company. Love San Pedro and would certainly come again and stay here at this very roomie location.

We appreciated the communication with Cris as we arrived. The home is located 30 minutes from town on a golf cart ride which is the primary means of transportation on the island. The ride was uncomfortable as we hit the last 15 minutes and dodged potholes and water along that very bumpy ride ( plus Mosquitoes were on the hunt). I would recommend the taxi on the first ride to the house after long trip and that was a recommendation given to us by staff but we made a poor choice of the initial golf cart ride. We did use the recommendation of having Marfa (or her staff members) cook for us the first night since we knew we would be arriving late. We appreciated not having to think about food and it was nice to walk in to a dinner being prepped. In hindsight we would have passed on this dinner because the cost of dinner for a family of 5 was extremely high even with a simple menu we chose), largely due to the cost of food on the island. Dinner at Hidden Treasures (YES!) for Christmas dinner (5 entrees, 5 drinks...cheaper). As stated in reviews, the home is outdated. View is nice from house. Hard to enjoy sitting outside at night without a breeze due to biting insects plus sand fleas- MANY bites and never spent day at beach so where were they coming from?). Spacious home but I must reiterate it is far out and we timed our trip after a lot of rain and the road conditions were BAD! Groceries in Belize are EXPENSIVE! Be prepared. Washer/dryer available but only first load is free.

Property was expansive, beautiful, well cared for and comfortable. Luxurious but slightly dated. Caretaker Chris was accomodating and friendly. Tours, Manolo's taxis, MK carts right from the house. Marfa's dinner.. Everything was perfect! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Property has a great location for our two families. Quite area while only 15-20 minutes to San Pedro. The outdoor area is the best feature of the house with a swimming pool on the beach.

Hosts were very prompt and thorough with replies. House is spacious and there are ample kitchen items plus a variety of outdoor sitting and dining areas on the property. Caretaker Chris was wonderful—keeps the pool and outdoor areas very clean but he is also very friendly, personable, accommodating, and informative. Iris and Anna were also very accommodating and did a great job tidying up inside each day. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Casa Redonda!

The house is just gorgeous views from the deck are amazing. there is plenty of room inside and out for us 7 adults. The property manager was very responsive and quick to answer any and all questions. the pictures they have listed are very accurate

First let me say that Chris, the on-site host was outstanding. The setting was beautiful. The house was not clean and we had problems with bites during the night. We changed the bedding and the problem persisted.

Home is older but very well kept. Very spacious. Location on the water is perfect and beautiful. Owner Malcom and his wife were extremely communicative, easy to reach and helpful. I'd rate them A+. Onsite housekeeper, maintenance guy Chris is a gem. Could not say enough about him. Had a very enjoyable stay with my family.

We were a party of 8 women. The location and amenities were perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and outside. The caretaker was extremely helpful but not in our hair. He arranged our transportation to and from the house. Marfa came in and cooked for our group three times and everything was outstanding. She provided massages and spa services that were amazing. There was air conditioning in every room. The water is rain fed so water pressure is low but we didn't have a problem with it. The house is definitely lived in but everything works and is clean. I felt very safe and did not worry about leaving the house with our belongings there. We had an unexpected flight delay and the owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check out late. The house was amazing and met all of our needs as a large group! I would totally recommend it and would love to stay again.

The property was amazing. The location is exactly 3.5 miles from town and easy to find. Alex and Carmen were the caretakers and made the stay very enjoyable. Alex was very friendly and helpful and took great pride in keeping the property looking great. We were a group of four couples and there was more than enough room. The pool and views were absolutely amazing. Recommend renting a golf cart to get around. We had Marfa cook three dinners for us in the house. She is an amazing cook and very friendly. Recommend having at least one meal prepared by her if not more. I highly recommend this property for your stay in San Pedro. We had no issues and it was an amazing 10 days!!!

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Casa Redonda. The property was just as described though more scenic than we even imagined. The home is located about 20 min away from the heart of San Pedro via golf cart, but we found that to be a plus. There are restaurants and bars closer to the house also. Alex and Elena do a great job of maintaining the property and answering any questions. Marfa cooked many meals for us and we loved every single one! Once we arrived on the island, everything was effortless: our taxi was waiting at the airport, the golf cart was delivered to the house, and dinner was already underway at the house. No problems at all. We hope to return again one day!

Great place for a vacation with friends. The caretakers Elena and Alex were amazing and super helpful navigating around the area. Only downside is not the property, but the distance from town as you have to travel by golf cart on an unpaved road for part of journey. Don't let that stop you from brooking though, town is only 20-25 minutes away.
