Enjoy a dream holiday in a place on this earth, which offers you every evening the most beautiful sunset in the world! Our "Fishermen's Paradise" is located directly on the water. In just a few minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the boat dock is towards the west - the evenings you will not want to spend anywhere else! The building complex is typical of this region - it captivates with the customary colorful colors of the south. The complex consists of 4 small, cute studios that provide everything you need for a holiday - a place to sleep and relax, a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower. A communal laundry room offers the possibility to wash and dry laundry if necessary. However, more important are various outdoor seating areas - retreat, but also community is possible - depending on your personal needs. Enjoy barbeque evenings, the BBQ grill specially made for you, relax in the quiet evening by the water and watch the sensational sunset. Are you an avid angler or would you like to become one? In our Fisherman's Paradise you will definitely get your money's worth! SNOOK SUITE With the Snook Suite you can expect a cozy and spacious apartment-sized studio. A bright and open living and sleeping area is immediately very inviting and the numerous window fronts let in a lot of light. The well-equipped kitchen provides easy access to the dining area, where you can have your meals or play games with your children. A comfortable sofa, which can be quickly transformed into a comfortable, spacious double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book. The rollaway bed makes the studio our most family-friendly condo at Fishermen's Paradise. Of course, we also provide a cot and highchair for the smallest family members. Also family friendly is the bathtub, with which the bathroom is equipped. There, the children can still be bathed in the evening before going to bed. We provide enough towels. In the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to store and newly purchased treasures to stow. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. From there you can watch the news on television before the mattress promises you a relaxing night's rest ...

Love this place. Want to come back with spouse to stay and do lots of fishing. They day trip to Captiva was fun island girl excursions very nice

Property was bright, clean, and decorated nicely. Only issues were the fact that the internet cut in and out frequently, especially in the evenings and larger pots, baking dishes would have nice. Sitting on the dock was awesome and you are in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Other guests were really nice

Cute little place. Nice dock where my husband fished. Many of the mini blinds were broken and it was a little strange walking around with blinds that people could see in. Other than that it was fine.

This places was very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend people rent a car if they stay here as there is not a ton to do on the island. We ended up spending a lot on Ubers to get to places. There is not much to walk to on the island and most places close at 7 or 9 PM. I was surprised that the premises did not include some basic items that I assumed would be there: hand soap, paper towels, facial tissue were NOT there. I was bummed to see a Keurig but no complimentary k cups provided. There is NO convenience stores on or close to the island so I was not able to buy those items for my use easily. I would make it clear that those items are not included, even for a short 4 day stay...or provide them since they are not easy items to obtain on the island. Other than that, we loved the place and really enjoyed staying there. We would totally stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay there. We saw dolphins swimming by & our daughter could pull right up in her boat. Absolutely loved it & will be back.

We were lucky to have found this gem ! Charity, the property manager was proficient and friendly - her number one priority was the comfort of all guests. Our accommodations in the Snook Suite were more than adequate and well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes. As there was no cable, we were thrilled with the opportunity to enjoy some peace and quiet on the deck with the other guests. It was a great chance to meet and enjoy the company of some great people from Germany and Canada. The grill on the deck was perfect for some spring time grilling - I don't know what it was but the fresh Florida street corn we made was some of the best Our suite was clean, comfortable and well attended. It was clear that our hosts number one priority was our peace of mind. The small pontoon boat that was available for rent was reasonable and relaxing. It was an easy process that included instruction and review with an extremely pleasant and experienced local - Gene. He was patient and thorough and made sure we understood the waterways, local rules and was able to give us some great insight as to how to get the most out of our day. This will be a must return for another great escape!

We enjoyed our stay. We were not at the property enough to enjoy all the amenities but over all very good. Charity did an awesome job explaining the property and amenities in the area, You have a great employee with her. Very happy with the location of the property was very clean. The TV could be up dated.
