Approximately 4,600 sq ft, 5BD, 5.5BA including an attached casita and enclosed upstairs bedroom with sky deck. The newly remodeled chef's kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, full backsplash, and custom range hood. Enjoy backyard amenities including a sparkling pebble tec pool/spa with cascading waterfall and built in BBQ island, a large grassy side yard and lots of patio space for entertaining. I would not stay at this property at the present condition and amenities.I know pictures are always showing it fresh but I'm being charged hefty amounts for cleaning and a lot of areas were not clean.Couple of the beds were old and uncomfortable, especially the master bdr. No amenities for the pool, torn poolside cushion and dusty lounge cushions, poor choices for the kitchen.Now it's clear why it had less than average reviews. This is my honest opinion. Thanks for listening.
