Owners were delightful, avail if needed. New smart tv added to month long stay enjoyment. All facilities enjoyed. Property close to any thing one may want. Three blocks to ocean and about a mile to the Newport pier. Parking a Newport thing.

Had a great time in Newport Beach with beautiful walks and meals The location is very convenient to walk down to the beach with a grocery store up the street. House was very clean and comfortable. Linda was so nice to us and made sure everything was first class. First time staying but will not be our last.

This wonderful cottage has everything you need! The beds are comfortable, the shower has the best water pressure EVER! I was relieved to see shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is fully ready for some big meals to be made and we loved the front patio with chairs to start our morning at. The host has bikes and boogie boards and beach chairs/towels. We got to park inside the garage, definite plus. The grocery store is a block away. We walked to the beach every day. It was a wonderful stay. A little safe space for our vacation. Very clean. We would love to come back.

Nice cottage with front porch, upgraded kitchen and bath. Good location. 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and a block from a grocery store. If you have read the comments about parking in the area the garage space is really nice to have. Clean house, good comms from manager and easy check in check out.

The little home was very pleasant. We had the front area for the 4th of July week. It was immaculately clean and amply stocked. The host could not have been more accommodating, courteous and available. One complaint: while it is "walking" distance to beach, it's a long walk. It's about 3 football fields away from the beach so know that it's quite a trek. . . if you like treks.

We have visited Newport Beach many times, but this house was our favorite. We had fun in every direction, the beach, the store, and friends a street over. We loved the front and back porch access (We stayed in the front house). The furnishings were comfortable and extras (bikes and umbrellas) made the trip even more enjoyable. Check in and out was a breeze. We will be back!

I love this house so much I already rented it for next year. The location couldn't be any more perfect for all your needs. The owner was so gracious, and we kept in contact before and after my stay at her house. We didn't want for anything while we were there. The house was well stocked and very comfortable.

Very close walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Having a garage made parking So much easier. The manager was very nice and popped in frequently and communication was great. The front house worked great for our girls trip. Absolutely would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 kids. It's a fantastic location just a few city blocks from the ocean as well as grocery stores and restaurants. For the price, can't beat the location. Bed was high for the kids but we used the foldout bed which they loved. Would recommend.

This cottage is perfect! Everything you need to have a perfect getaway is available: indoor & outdoor areas to relax (the massage chair in the living room was amazing), bikes and beach items, the bed was so comfortable and the linens were fresh and nice to slide into each night. The kitchen had everything we needed. This cottage is located among great restaurants and a grocery store and blocks from the beach! We were very pleased and are already planning our next visit!

Great location! Easy walk to the beach and grocery store! We did not have a car and did not have a problem walking to things. Family of 4 felt comfortable. I am only giving a 4 star rating because the couch was very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was great!!

This beach cottage is the perfect getaway! Having the garage is a huge plus in Newport Beach as street parking on the weekends can be frustrating. The property is lovely, the beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are beautiful. Everything you might need for going to the beach is provided and shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. I will definitely book this place when coming to town.

Darling cottage in a prime location! This place has everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. Linda was very easy to work with…we will definitely stay here again! Note: although we were expecting the back house, we were in the front house.

Fantastic comfortable beds, perfect location, kitchen has everything you could ever need. Garage nearly impossible to park in and at times wasn't worth the stress. Couch is a pullout but completely worthless and desperately needs to be replaced. Its more comfortable to sit on the floor. Aside from that, i couldn't have asked for a better stay! Absolutely adorable spot just a block from grocery store and a few blocks from the beach. I'd definitely recommend staying here! Great for our family of 4

Wonderful stay in Newport. Steps to the beach and the lovely sunsets. Walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants. Great amenities, very comfortable bed! Lovely light-filled unit and felt very comfortable and like home. Wonderful front patio on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

One of our most favourite places of all times. We’ve returned to this locations multiple years and plan to again. The ocean, grocery store, restaurants and pier are all steps away. Linda as always is around with a beautiful smile to help with everything we need. Thanks for everything!
