BAY POINT COMMUINITY NEXT TO BLUEGREEN BAYSIDE RESORT & SPA -vacation timeshare (board walk pier, Starbucks, Flip Flops, Pelicans and Tides. MARRIOTT'S LEGENDS EDGE AT BAY POINT, two buildings down JACK NICHLAUS GOLF COURSE, with BAR 72 TENNIS BEACH 5-10 MINUTES AWAY (driving to beach) This beautifully decorated condo has amazing views of St. Andrews Bay. We try to make sure our guest have what they need to get started with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc to use for those beach fun days. Well equiped with linens, Toilet paper starters (one roll each bath, paper towels and dish soap needed for stay and cleaning items. We don't want our guest to have to go to the store for these types of items but two grocery store are just up the street from us for you shopping needs. This fourth floor beauty is in The Reflections in Bay Point community, next door to The Sheraton. Enjoy the picture window in living area to look out to the beautiful bay views (rain or shine), Hole # 5 of golf course and lagoon pool below this 4th floor unit. Balcony with new seating to enjoy the views with your morning coffee or evening drink. Living area with sectional, recliner chair and 65 inch TV. Great space for two couples, girls retreat, Grandparents and Adult kids with grandchildren sleeping on comfy queen air mattress that can be placed right in middle of the Sectional. Master bedroom with king bed, private bath with two vanities and large walk in shower, flat screen TV and sliding doors to balcony with beautiful views. Second bedroom has a King Bed and is just off the second bathroom with tub/shower combo. Enjoy an kitchen stocked with all you needs and seating at bar and/or dine at the table for six. Balcony is screened in with plenty of seating for watching the boats in the Bay, birds, golfers, pool or watching TV. Bay Point has dining, golf, spa, fitness, nature, biking, marina and swimming. Enjoy what the Reflections has to offer with private magnificent 10,000 square feet lagoon shaped zero entry pool with separate heated spa pool, hot tub and plenty of chairs to lounge around pool and grill. Reflections has a spa (Serenity Spa). Sheraton Bay Resort is right next door with three restaurants, Tides, Flip Flops Pool Bar, and take a walk out on the pier to Pelican's (seasonal). Club 72 at golf course. Did I mention the men and ladies will love golfing at the on Bay Points Nicklaus Course. Take in some tennis (5 lighted Clay Courts, biking or walking around to enjoy the scenery and what nature has to offer. On board walk of The Sheraton next door take off for boating fun with Paradise Adventures PCB, go to www.ParadiseAdventuresPCB.com to see their Cataman Tours, and Watersports Rentals information or call 850-769-3866. You will also find other water sport companies at Grand Lagoon and Captians Andersons for fun Shell Island trips, sight seeing and fishing. Just outside the entry area of Bay Point you'll find two grocery stores for all your needs: Publix and Winn-Dixie, need something special check out the Beach Liquors in the plaza with Publix. Find many restaurant in the area and over bridge to Panama City (Bay Area). Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State parking ($8 per car) and hike or play at the beach with Restrooms and gift shop, access to Shell Island by boat, and water activies. Driving to beach is a short drive to Rick Seltzer Park for free parking, beach access, showers and bathrooms along the endless sugar white sands of the emerald coast . So much to explore around the Panama City Beach area with Pier Park, shopping, family fun at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Gulf World Marina, Pirate's Island, Ripley's, Shipwreck Waterpark, Wonderworks, or ZooWorld. Owner Update: New queen air mattress for two childrens use. Guest to not exceed two sets of Adults per each bedroom. Sectional sofa is not for additional sleeping. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The furniture and bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were lovely. The view from the window was spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool also. Just a wonderful week in paradise!

We loved it there and really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and linens were and even some extras that you don’t normally find! It makes it so much easier on a family with little kids to have the things you need already there. We all loved the pool, boardwalk, going on a pirate ship, to the state park, and renting one of the pontoons next to our building. We definitely will be back!!

This was a last min getaway for my wife, our niece and myself as a Thank You to our niece for helping us out this summer. Vicki was an Amazing Host and was on top of all my questions. The Condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. She had everything we needed as most only have the bare essentials, this Condo was stocked and all we needed to get was food. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay here if you get the opportunity.
We will for sure be back and will stay longer next time. Thank You Vicki for allowing us to stay in your Condo.

When you walk in you feel a most welcoming vibe! It is beautifully decorated, has everything you need. The owner is awesome! Was such a wonderful experience for the whole family and pictures don't do it justice. Also convenient to shopping. We are hoping to return next year!

To start off about 3 hours before arrival the owner contacted us and said the rooms were ready! Had a couple questions and the owners responded immediately! The grounds staff were excellent! Every morning the pool was cleaned, any debris was removed, they were friendly and very polite, my wife and I could not be any happier with our choice in this VRBO

The location is away from the main beech and traffic. So it’s quiet and relaxing, but close enough to get wherever in 5-10minutes. Perfect location and great accommodations if you just want to stay in and hang at the pool, spa, or fire pit.

Everything about our stay was great! We love the location right on the bay and minutes from the beautiful white sands of the ocean. My husband’s favorite is the golfing nearby. The small beach at this location was my granddaughters favorite! Restaurants ate plentiful. Our favorite was Schooners where we ate three times during our short stay. The condo at Reflections made our trip even better. We had everything we needed in the beautifully decorated home. The view from the room was breathtaking. Vicki, property owner, was readily available when needed. Vicki is very thorough and detailed which helped for a smooth trip. QUALITY stay! We will be back !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vicki’s retreat! The place is even more beautiful than what is portrayed in pictures. It has a very beautiful view of the bay area. The home is very well stocked with pots, pans, and trash bags, among other items. The beds were very comfortable. They come with lots and lots of pillows. The towels provided were plentiful. The nearby pier made for some nice fishing adventures in the mornings. The pool area was also gorgeous. It’s a little bit cold this time of the year I think, but there is a heated spa and a hot tub on site. That made up for the chilly wind when wanting to take a dip. Overall, we would stay again, and we thank the host for being so responsive and accommodating!

Reflections is a nice property away from the main beaches yet still close to everything and with beautiful views of St. Andrews Bay. The unit is nicely appointed and has everything you need to be quite comfortable. We stayed for 4 weeks and would definitely return. Communications were smooth and easy! Highly recommend!

I booked this property to spend time with my family who live in the adjacent Bay Point neighborhood. I usually stay at the beach when visiting PCB but this time I wanted to try something closer to my family. This condo has EVERYTHING anyone could possibly need and is nicely and fully decorated with typical beach accruements. It is a large unit with space for a large extended family. The condo is next to the golf course and marina and there is a set of piers that extend out into the bay that provides awesome views. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel next door. The condo property has an very large pool and deck with a hot tub and there is a spa onsite as well. What else do you need? Vicky sent timely messages upon arrival with all of the information needed to access the property. I look forward to returning soon. 5 stars!

We stayed at the wonderful apartment for over a week. We had daily meetings at the conference center which was a brief walk across the parking lot. Plenty of kitchen supplies to have breakfast before the meetings and a tasty dinner after. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets are viewable from the balcony.

The facility was nice and quiet. Condo was absolutely stunning with a great view of the pool and bay. Pictures don’t do it justice! Host was very easy to communicate with and responded very fast to everything.

This our first experience with a new owner in Reflections and Vicki was more than accommodating. We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool which most of the time we were the only occupants as usual. We always love the resort and the peace and quiet.

Our group had the pleasure of staying at Vicki’s lovely condo. Upon arrival it immediately felt like home. Everything is as pictured! The decor and all the little touches and bright colors were amazing. It was obvious Vicki went above and beyond in anticipating her guest’s every need as it is very well stocked. The beach amenities were appreciated and used on sunny days. When the weather didn’t cooperate we were comfy lounging in the living room that overlooks the resort pool and bay. We slept well on the comfortable beds. Vicki was a responsive host before and during our stay to answer any questions. We definitely recommend a stay at her condo

This condo is a lovely property with plenty to do. It was our second trip here. And we enjoyed the pool and docks. Unfortunately, the community Weber grills were replaced with 1 smaller grill which was always being used. That was a small frustration that our owner could not fix. I hope the condo will get more grills so many families can prepare dinner. Vicki did her best to help us with any problems. I highly recommend.

We stayed in this condo to be close to family during Thanksgiving Holiday week. I was assigned several side dishes to prepare, and this condo was so well equipped! I was amazed! I didn’t have to buy special pans, mixers, bowls, etc. It was truly the best view ( sunsets are amazing from the balcony) and the most wonderfully supplied ( extra towels, blankets, supplies of every kind) that we have ever rented in the area! Just loved it and can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed at this property over Mother’s Day Weekend. It was quiet, secluded, easy to access, and has beautiful views of the only boat entrance and exit into Grand Lagoon, so you see all of the fishing boats, site seeing boats and pontoon boats headed out for the day. You can’t go wrong!

My family and I spent 5 days here during spring break. Condo was well equipped and super cozy! Weather wasn’t great so we spent more time in the condo than we anticipated. Luckily we had the property amenities and we were able to grill out, watch movies and enjoy the screened in patio. I hope to revisit soon!

What a great property? The breeze from the patio was everything to me. The view is ok not actually on the beach side but the lagoon was nice. Boardwalk was nice in the evening with a nice bar (closes early) but our stay was perfect. Host was always available upon texting and I will return in August when weather is warmer to get a true Panama City experience! Condo has everything u need. But bring toilet paper thats all we had to buy and ice!! If you book you wont regret it for sure!
