Simple but yet beautiful property and would highly recommend for family or couple get away. Fishing was great with a stunning view from the house! Lots of room for the furry babies to run around too!

Leonard was a great host and accommodated us by letting us book last minute after our vehicle broke down. He was very fast to communicate. The house and the surrounding land are great, especially if you are traveling with a pet. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, especially with our unexpected situation.

Leonard, our host, was quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns. The property itself is a bit small, well maintained, clean, and cozy. My family along with 2 doggies had a great time in the winter as well. The surrounding area is beautiful and had a good time exploring nearby Honesdale!

Needed a place for the weekend as we were visiting our kids at away camp. Wanted something near camp. Did a search and this came up in the same town. Unfortunately, it was not the same town but another town some distance away. No biggie. Unfortunately, the property manager/owner states he informed me of a road closure, which I never received. Drove around trying to get cell service and trying to find the property, in the dark. Finally called VRBO and spoke with a rep who attempted to relate directions from the owner. 1.5 hours later we finally found the house but had to stop at the local bar/restaurant who stated " do you know how many people can't find this property " but she recognized the deck from other travelers. House was found, no lights and no instructions on key, etc. Listing states, air conditioning; only the main living room and its a window unit only. No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Bed in 2nd bedroom broke, unusable. Water damage in the 2nd bedroom ceiling. Didn't want to argue with owner, too tired but happy to see my kids. View from the kitchen is beautiful. Definitely what you'd expect of picturesque PA. Could be a great place with a little TLC.
