About this cottage rental
2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Pigeon Forge chalet located about 1 mile from downtown. Sunset Passion is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a washer/dryer, plus charcoal cooking grill. One bedroom has a king size bed, while the other has a queen. There is a indoor whirlpool in one bath and a large hot tub on the covered deck. Night time offers views of the lights of Pigeon Forge and, in the Winter, some nice mountain views from your deck, too! The living room features a gas log fireplace, 3 Color TV's with Cable, and a sleeper sofa. This cabin features a sun room with a futon in the back and the chalet will sleep up to 7. For extra added enjoyment, a foosball table has just been added to the sun room. Great location convenient to all the attractions.

My family and I absolutely loved this rental. Everything was clean and ready to go. The neighborhood was quiet. Shopping centers and attractions were just right around the corner. Kitchen was fairly well equipped with most of what we needed for our Christmas dinner, minus a strainer! But we made it work. Check in was easy. Hosts were kind and attentive leading up to our check in date and informed us of strong winds during our stay and to be cautious. The only thing I would say is if your traveling with kids under 1, maybe book a different more kid-friendly home with baby gear provided just because there really wasn’t anything handy for our almost 2 year old in this particular home, like a high chair or even a pack-n-play for him to sleep in. My husband and I had to squeeze in a king bed with our 2 kids. And I feel the only other things missing was a full body mirror. But maybe I’m just being picky! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book this house again in the future when my kids are older and less needy 😅

Very clean close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Beds very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Working online and physically with host. Only couple steps up and inside one level that is easy to move around. Did not use hot tub but checked it out and well maintained and clean

The place was great just minutes from the main strip. The only down fall was the beds was real hard and the floors squeaked. Other that than we had a great time.

It was a peaceful getaway. Enough space to socialize and visit with our grown children. The hot tub was nice

This property is located just perfectly to be close to town and attractions but remote enough to have the quietness of nature. We loved our stay. The chalet was perfect.

This property was clean and well stocked. Everything worked. The couches were very comfortable as were the beds. The Futon had it's own room and slept well. It was a great location and had easy access to Pigeon Forge.

Fireside Chalets staff was awesome. Rhonda is 5 star!!! House has some issues which I reported to Rhonda and they are already working on them. FYI had I have known VRBO was going to charge me $59 and nit actually handier anything did me…I would have dealt directly with Fireside Chalets.
Didn’t understand they process and will not use it again! Wasted $59.

Home appeared just as it did in the photos. Location was nice and quite. Neighbors were friendly. Would chose this place again.

This was the worst cabin I have ever rented and stayed in Pigeon Forge EVER!!
This cabin was filthy, walls dirty, toilet nasty, light bulbs needed replaced and deck boards lifting. All floors squeak when walking across them and crack in kitchen.
Will never stay here again!!!

House was very nice and located in a nice neighborhood. Only downfall is, if you’re wanting any kind of privacy, this house isn’t where you want to go. It is in the middle of an actual neighborhood.

This was a great place for us to spend our short stay in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is located within minutes of everything in Pigeon Forge and very easy to get to. Everything in the house was exactly as advertised and we were actually happily surprised to find a washer/dryer in the house as well. It was very clean and homey feeling especially with the toasty gas fireplace. I would absolutely suggest this rental to anyone and will look to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

The house was nice. Only a few things the owner needs to look into fixing. Hot tub has jets that do not work. First bedroom on right bathroom has a leaky faucet in shower. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.
