We loved this property so much! Everything in the description and pictures just doesn’t do this place justice. It exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony was perfect for the sunrises and sunsets, and during the day. We take my mom every year to the beach, but she loves to sit and read on the balcony and watch and listen to the waves. This was perfect for it. Also, there was a walk-in shower for her to use as well that was able to use safely. 4bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our crew! Lots of elevators—which was great because the wait was never long. Lisa (the owner) was an amazing host and great communicator throughout the process and stay. Great restaurants recommendations! The building and amenities were fantastic. The food is amazing at the pool bar and the drinks. We accidentally left a pair of prescription sunglasses and a Taylor Swift sweatshirt and Lisa was so kind to ship it back to us. She found the sunglasses..we didn’t even realize that we had left them. If you are looking for the perfect location, amenities, and a GREAT host—look no further. This is the perfect spot! We will be rebooking soon with Lisa! ❤️❤️ Thank you for your hospitality!

The condo was great for us having four bedrooms. We stayed in the back master bedroom, my son and his spouse stayed in the front master bedroom, the two grand-daughters had the middle bedroom, and the teen grand-sons loved the bunk room. Beach chairs were great to have because rental fees are expensive. There were plenty of towels, and toilet paper left for us. We had a little problem with communication as Lisa was also on vacation, but a problem with getting parking passes was taken care of by Lisa in just a day. Any other issues we had I have made Lisa aware of for her to address with the cleaning crew. The only drawback with this condo, since it is a corner unit, it is a long walk from the parking garage. The elevators are very fast, though, and the building supplies nice luggage carts.

We had a fantastic time this past week! The condo itself is beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing! I do think the cleaning crew could maybe clean a little better. The floors inside the condo were pretty dirty. Our feet were black after being there 5 minutes and my 10 month old niece had black legs and hands from crawling. There were also empty wrappers under the rug in the living area and the tables are a little wobbly. The one sink and jetted tub in the master bedroom did not drain either. These things did not bother us as we were there for the beach but wanted to point them out! We enjoyed our trip very much and plan to return soon!

The condo was very nice with large bedrooms. The balcony was huge with incredible views! The host was very courteous and helpful! Can’t wait to go back! We had a great time!

The condo was amazing!! We had enough space for our group. The extra amenities that were available to use to use was great ( beach chairs). The check in process was a little bumpy but Lisa went out of her way to make everything right. My family has already requested we stay here next year.

Overall we had a pretty good experience. The view was amazing and the condo was very nice. We had issues getting checked in as the VRBO app did not provide the room information. Additionally the owner got crappy about the parking situation, which ended up costing $40 more. Overall though the owner was easy to get ahold and of pleasant other than the parking matter. The parking garage was a drawback as it was 15 minutes down to the truck each time. However, if you don’t have much to haul and don’t mind a short walk then the parking situation would not be a big deal. Overall very nice condo with a beautiful view and pretty accurately advertised.

I went to PCB with 7 people and we had an awesome stay and there was enough room for everyone! Lots of amenities and kitchen utensils. Loved the porch space. Highly recommend! Also bring beach towels if you stay!

Our group of 7 had an excellent stay and plenty of room, my son even had his own room. There were a couple minor things broken that I notified Lisa about. She was very quick to respond. We would 100% stay here again.

I was surprised by the recent negative review. Lisa was very prompt at responding to my questions from booking to checkout. She was very nice and attentive. There were NO bedbugs! The condo was clean and spacious with a great view! Full working kitchen. Just bring some Tupperware if you plan on cooking. Lots of linens. We would stay here again!

The only negatives were the outdoor pool was cold,and the loading and unloading were across the street. Otherwise nice place and good location. Would stay there again.

We had 6 adults… two teens… and two small children. We had plenty of space and the view from the balcony was so beautiful! The condo was beautiful and our over all experience met and exceeded our expectations. My personal favorite part was the little hammock swing out on the balcony. I loved just sitting in it and listening to the waves below.
The pools were good and my little ones LOVED playing in them. My ONLY complaint is that we couldn’t really enjoy the hot tub because teens and smaller children would kind of turn it into a little pool for them selves. There was a kid with a snorkel in it. Of course that’s no fault of Lisa’s I just wanted to be honest with my experience.
We 100% will stay here again next year when we do our vacation.

We loved this condo and all of the amenities. There is a good amount of beach toys and items in the master closet that was great for the kids. There were a few issues that Lisa responded to quickly. The parking and loading/unloading part of everything is a hassle but no fault to Lisa. The elevators are also very very slow and there is no a/c in them and most times we had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator but again no fault of Lisa's! We would stay again!

The location of the majestic beach resort and the amenities offered are fantastic. The location of the unit is great and feels private because of where it is located. The 12th floor offers a great view. Not too high and not too low. We had enough space for everyone. Communication from Lisa was stellar.
P.S. If anyone is staying here and looking for cheap refills at the majestic bar there are some majestic cups in the cabinets found in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was very clean and well stocked! The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows and the view of the beach was phenomenal and was available from two of the three bedrooms!
