These 1 and 2 bedroom suites are spacious, cozy and will keep the family engaged with one another. Mini to full kitchens, depending on room size, will allow for full meals to be prepared so the family can have the energy to explore the region. Enjoy playing tennis, working out at the fitness center or taking a refreshing dip in one of the spectacular swimming pools and hot tubs. Things to Know: A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. There is a mandatory $7.00 daily fee per suite. The fee includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games). This is a non-smoking resort.. Other Notes: NO ELEVATOR Discount store within walking distance. Outlet shopping, chain eateries, two grocery stores within a couple of miles. Owners and guests have access to use the amenities at the resort they are registered at, and will not be permitted to use the amenities at other CLUB WYNDHAM® properties in the Williamsburg area

The location and property was great. The smell when we 1st got there in the Master Bedroom was terrible.

In general, everyone had a good time. Check in was long because we had to listen to someone convince us to go to a timeshare meeting...this is was not listed on the VRBO sight. Our unit was as far from the activities as possible....lots of walking. Someone with physical limitations should request a unit close to the activities.

We stayed for three nights and spent two full days in the area. The resort amenities were fantastic. The pools were great, the mini-golf was lovely and the kids had fun in the arcade. We would have loved to try more of the outdoor games and s'mores by the fire pit. The suite had lots of great space and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice. However, we feel the suites are ready for a refresh. The federal style is a nice nod to Colonial Williamsburg but some of the furniture was broken or chipped, the stucco walls and ceilings were dated and the kitchen could use some upgrades. The iron was old and put a black stain on my white jeans. It was a good home base for our short visit but for me to consider a membership a remodel would need to happen. The exterior and amenities building were beautiful.

This was the perfect place to stay while also touring the nearby Colonial Triangle and Busch Gardens. The kids got their energy out in the pool and game room and even learned how to play pool. The rooms were spacious and quiet.

We were site seeing most of days everyday. Enjoyed the pool and other things. Were lucky to get on first floor because no elevator. Would stay again.

Our overall stay was good. The check in process was horrible. Our suites were not ready at 5:15 and when we finally received wristbands and got to our rooms the wristbands would not work. I would like to have seen someone vacuum the common areas inside the building. Our stairs and entry way were in need of a vacuum! Also a small vacuum in the suites would have welcome while traveling with teens. Pool, mini golf, tennis courts and arcade were awesome!!!

We had the adjoining units that provided quite a substantial amount of space and relaxation we needed after days exploring Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country. Decor is a bit dated and tired as mentioned in other reviews but was acceptable. Convenient to all restaurants and any other stores you’d need. The resort’s amenities are very good for families with small kids. Overall a good stay, I would recommend.

We went to the Wyndham Kingsgate with two adults and 3 kids and the stay was very enjoyable. We had a 3 bedroom with 3 baths and 2 full kitchens. The price was very reasonable and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back.

This was disgustingly dirty! Every room was dirty, vents falling off wall, dust & dirt on counters, furniture & floors. Cabinets were falling apart. YUCK! Stayed in nicer super 8. This was not worth $100 a night let alone the $550 the 3 bed lock off came to! I feel very ripped off.

Booked this trip to celebrate birthdays and graduations for family members. Check in and check out process was very easy. The resort property was conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. The accommodations were spacious and clean. We had a party of 9 but didn't feel crowded. The decor was a little dated but overall, very nice. The resort offered plenty of on site activities for all ages. Would definitely look at staying there again if in the area.

My daughter and her teenage friends had fun at the pool & put-put. Unfortunately, movie theater & arcade were closed due to Covid, but kids love indoor/outdoor pool. Very clean & maintained property. This was an outdoor cook bday party; quiet, safe, & management accommodating. We truly enjoyed it!
