Located in Bald Head Island, this attractive condo for $325 per night is a great option for your next break. BEST FEATURES! Community pool! Recently renovated kitchen 2 decks with table and chairs Upper condo unit Upper level condo. The condo has 2 bedrooms. There is an additional loft that that can be used as a bedroom and can sleep up 2 or can be used as a TV room or game area. There is a master bedroom with private bath and a guest bedroom with full bath in hall. Queen beds in the master and guest room. 2 twin beds in the loft. Kitchen outfitted for cooking like home. 2 decks both with tables and chairs. Flat screen TV's in living room and loft. The dining table sits 6 but there is also seating for 4 at the kitchen eat in bar. 4 person golf cart for use. Adult and children's bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards in garage for your use. We bought this condo in May 2013. We have replaced and updated almost everything inside including linens, mattresses, towels, all kitchenware, several pieces of furniture and lamps, sliding doors and 1-4 pass golf cart. **We cannot guarantee ice makers or water dispensers to be operable in the rental Tram Reservation Address: 20 BAY TREE TRAIL ROYAL JAMES 4B Turn Date in PEAK SUMMER SEASON: Sunday Club Option for separate purchase: BHI Full Access (GOLF ACCESS AVAILABLE) **Club memberships are different for every house and depends on dates. Nice, clean, well maintained property. IMO, Including A cleaning fee, should exclude me from stripping beds and starting A load of laundry before I leave.

We were looking for a place at Bald Head that didn't break the bank and we only needed room for 4, so this place was one of the few available that fit the bill. Keeping in mind that it's an apartment home, it is a very nice place "for what it is". It's obvious that the owner/property manager are staying on top of maintenance, as beach rentals take a beating yet the apartment looked practically brand new. I will say that the loft is a little warmer than the downstairs area, but that can be mitigated by setting the AC to a lower temp if and when you are using the loft. Beyond that, it's all good and a great base from which to enjoy exploring Bald Head. One more comment, our group consisted of a family of 4 with 2 adult kids. We were worried that having only one golf car would cramp our style. Turns out that was not a problem at all ... it was easy to share the single cart among our group.

We have been to BHI several times but this was first time staying at Royal James and the inner Island and we really enjoyed it. Condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Nice touch was provided with condo were bikes, beach gear, beach chairs, and paddle boards. Very well equipped. Great location to all that BHI has to offer. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

I visited with 2 girlfriends and we LOVED the condo! The linens were nice, the place was SO clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. I was also super impressed with the management company's response time and flexibility with check in. Would definitely book this listing again and have shared the details with other Bald Head fans.

overall, a nice visit. condo was nice enough. perhaps a little dated but everything was clean and worked. i'd change out the carpet and low wattage lighting in the living room--that was the only thing that we didn't really like. otherwise nice place.

Nice property. Beds slept great. I think the cleaning crew could focus a rad bit more on the details - dust the ceiling fan and cobwebs in the corners. However, all in all, nice space for two or 4 people looking for a get away!.
