About this apartment rental
Right in the center of Lisbon, just a few minutes from the Tagus River and the famous Estrela Basilica, you'll find this comfortable studio. With capacity for 2 people, every detail has been carefully thought out to welcome you. With a privileged location, close to Santos neighborhood, the famous Alcântara docks, and just minutes from Belém, you'll be able to enjoy the best that Lisbon has to offer on foot or by public transport. Cable TV and WiFi Internet are included at no extra cost. All bed and bath linens are also included.
Guests must pick up their keys at our BmyGuest Welcome Center, located at Av. da República, 45 - 6th Floor - Office 3.

Quite disappointed with this booking/stay. A huge communication breakdown. Nowhere on the booking did it state the keys & agreement signing for the property had to occur at a different location than the property. Therefore when we arrived we had to make 2 stops to get to apartment location. BmyGuest is a 3rd party so you have to go to a random location for paperwork & key pick up & then proceed to your accommodation. They never reached out to me until the day of the booking… I tried 2 days + 1 day before with no response. They blamed on Vrbo. Limited items in apartment ie… only 1 glass, limited dishes… no basic things like spices or extra toilet paper/paper towels. White comforter had stains & dirt on it… not clean for certain. Location was fantastic and apartment new so this was a bonus.
