The house was in a great location to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was quick to respond to any needs. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had to cancel the rest of our stay after less than 24 hours due to the lack of cleanliness and mustiness of the property; we had planned to stay for a week. The minute we opened the door, we were hit with the overpowering smell of mold. Lightbulbs were burned out throughout the property. The garage was messy. Some of the furniture was broken and the couch seemed more than well worn with chunks of dog hair visible around the edges. The home was not as pictured. There was no coffee table, and most of the lamps were different. There were urine stains on the carpet on the stairs and throughout the master bedroom. The shower in the master bathroom Had not been cleaned and was moldy with thick soap scum on the glass door. Our sheets were dirty when we went to go to bed and we had to find a spare to use to get through the night. This may be a great house for Georgia -Florida or a party weekend, but was not suited for a family vacation for a week. We cancelled less than 18 hours after arrival but our host only agreed to a 50% refund which didn’t include any VRBO fees. There would have been no way to remove the musty smell and our daughter is allergic to mold; it was impossible for us to stay more than one night.

We rented this unit for a three night stay in August 2023. Love the convivence of being near East Beach and the neighborhood was extremely quiet while we were there. I appreciated being able to bring my dog - SSI is his favorite place on Earth! We did appreciate the garage full of toys, chairs, etc. The buggy was VERY helpful to get the cooler to the beach.
And as is typical with dog friendly rentals, the unit is a bit dated. The master bed was reasonably comfortable. However, the sofa is impossible to get up from because it very deep and very low.

This beautiful condo exceeded expectations! Super-clean, spacious kitchen, lots of balconies, private suites for everybody, abundance of high-quality towels and blankets, lots of beach chairs, and wagons to pull to the beach (an easy three-minute walk away). Restaurants close by. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Thank you!

We loved this condo and the location was perfect for the price. Quiet street and easy beach access. It was very clean and comfortable. Also, a thermostat on all 3 levels kept everyone comfortable. My adult and teen kids had easy access to everything on the island via bikes that we rented. I also was happy there was a garage to store bikes and beach gear. We will definitely be back!

Actually, my 2 grown children and their spouses and a toddler stayed there and 2 small dogs. But my husband and I have a second home in walking distance, so we went over to the condo often. I know they loved the condo. It was amply spacious with big kitchen and pretty treehouse views of beautiful trees, and a very close beach access. Gorgeous master bathroom with big tub and separate shower. One couple had their own private bedroom and bath on one floor. The parents of the toddler had their own sunny and beautiful bedroom and bath on another floor, and the toddler his own bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds in it next to theirs. The bottom floor was a big TV room with very sleep-able big L-shape couch. It stepped up to the split level kitchen/ dining where you could see the big screen TV from out of the big opening in the the dining area. Of course you can't beat the East Beach location. They were very comfortable there and stayed an extra day. It was very easy to communicate with VRBO and property owner. We would definitely like to stay there again. We have an annual trip with another family and hope to book it again. My family told me they wanted to stay there again and had no complaints.

We loved this property and will definitely try to rent again! There are a lot of stairs, but the elevator is great if needed for folks with mobility issues. The rooms and bathrooms were big, kitchen was a great size, so many balconies, etc. The space was great and the location was also ideal.

Great house, short walk to the beach and central to everything. I would recommend Barry’s Beach Service (Ben is amazing) for umbrellas and chairs, The Pelican for coffee, The Still Liquor Store, and Fiddler’s restaurant. Bring your own beach towels. Wonderful time!

Our entire family enjoyed our visit! The townhouse was very clean, and spacious. We utilized the elevator and bath chair to provide accessibility for one of our family members. Truly a blessing.
We ate several meals in the townhouse in the well stocked kitchen!

We had a great time and loved the location! The house was very clean, charming, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. It is a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated as well. We felt very safe walking the dogs at night. It also was a pleasant 5-10 minute walk along sidewalks to a couple local restaurants in the area. The host, Jordan, was great with communication. All in all, we loved the area, the house and will be back again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Good location 5 minutes, 1 block to beach, very safe for nighttime walks and very pet friendly. Photos give an excellent portrayal of all aspects of the property, attractive and very functional. Easy parking, full TV coverage. Owner exceptionally helpful. Would happily do this again.

We booked last minute Christmas week getaway for 6 adults (mulit-gen) and 2 dogs. Communication with host was great and prompt during booking, check-in and check-out process. The house is a town home style and have 3 bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms, which makes it very convenient for multi-gen family of 6 to spread out and have privacy. Kitchen and dinning and family room area are also very spacious and at the same time allow for family to gather around comfortably. The house is about 5-10 mins walk to public access point of east beach. Town is just a couple minutes drive and to stores. Finally, our 2 dogs love the house!
Will definitely recommend and come back ourselves.

This space was just perfect for my family: my husband and I were in the master on the second floor, and my mother-in-law was in the second master on the third floor, with my three adult children next to her.
While it is certainly not fifty feet to the beach, it is a short one-block walk, which was great for us.
The kitchen is well stocked and large, and the whole place is very light and airy with so many decks. Great communication and no issues - a lovely place to stay!

The townhouse was even larger than we expected! There was more than enough room for our family of two adults, three young kids and a dog. The quiet neighborhood was a bonus too. Close enough to the beach that even our three year old had no problem walking.

The home is bigger than it looks. Excellent bedrooms. Kitchen with all supplies. Walking distance to beach. We were 3 adults and 3 children + 2 dogs. The TV room on first floor is big and accommodated 2 dog crates. Walking distance to the beach.

This was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach and a short bicycle ride to the Village area for shopping and great restaurants.

The place is much bigger, nicer and better than what you see in the photos. We were 8 and needed privacy due to some of us which needed to work, but with balconies on every room, sometimes 2 balconies in one room, it was very easy to have meetings and not be on top of each other.
Everything was nice and well taken care of.
Fully stocked kitchen, great wifi, just a few steps from the beach and restaurants.
Highly recommended.

It is not 50 steps to the sand and the picture of the beach is misleading. It is more like a mile to the sand and you cannot see the beach at all. That part was very disappointing.
The property itself was great and Jordan was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a great 4th of July weekend in St. Simons Island. Everything was accurate except the house is not 50 steps from the beach. But it is not too long of a walk to be an issue. We would definitely recommend this place to others in search of a beach vacation in a cute beach town.

We stayed with friends that we haven’t seen in over a year and this was the perfect location! The house had literally everything you could need from beach toys to wagons and beach chairs. The layout was great for both kids and adults. The location to the beach was perfect and just a short walk. You could walk to a few restaurants if you wanted to but it was just a short drive if you wanted to drive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone!

Area was great. House was a great set up for a couple of families with the division of the floors. It had everything we needed. Manager was quick to keep us updated on check in/check out. The only negative I have to say is that it wasn’t as close to the beach as we had thought from the description. Definitely further than 50 feet. But not a horrible walk. Place had several beach items, which helped a lot!
