Property manager was quick to respond and met us while checking in. The place was roomy and as advertised. Enjoyed the location as everything from restaurants and stores were close by.

Communications with the host were nearly immediate, which we REALLY appreciated. Ronnie was great, funny, and helpful! They brought us some things that we were running out of within minutes. It seems like Ronnie (or one of the hosts) lives in the other half of the duplex next door, but this was never intrusive. Overall the property was nice, in a great neighborhood, which multiple rideshare drivers commented about, and had plenty of different spaces and accommodations to relax and recover from a typical stint in Vegas. While the host does provide everything in the listing, there were quirks that I would want to know if I was considering staying there for the first time: - TV's are connected to cable, however, they are all older "smart" TV's that do not allow access to streaming services. - Shower is great, but again...quirky...a nice design and tile work, but it looks like they're remodeling or made some changes to things in there that make it odd with multiple levers that seem unnecessary, a frame for a glass shower door when they're using shower curtain, capped off old plumbing that is noticeable, but again, doesn't impact having a fantastic shower. - Bidet: They have one, but it's not kind of awful (very messy). - Bed in the back bedroom is not comfortable - Odd things with some of the electrical switches turning on lights you wouldn't expect or being taped in position. Overall, for the price, it worked well for us with minor adjustments, and I'd stay there again.

Beautiful and clean home very close to the strip, But not THAT close - about a 15 minute drive. Amazing amenities, attentive host, very comfortable. Would def come back when in the area. Great place Ronny!

Ronnie was super helpful and made sure we got the tour of the house. There were lots of things to make the stay perfected comfortable such as DirecTV in each room, lots of water bottles, towels, etc. The location was great for our needs and we were never more than a 10-15 minute Uber from anywhere in the strip. I highly recommend staying here and I'll be sure to look this place up once again when I am back.

Very pleased with Ronnie. He was very friendly and accommodating. I was in Vegas for a foot/leg surgery and he even brought me a wheelchair for post op recovery until I flew home. House was well appointed and he even gives you extras like coffee/water and plenty of paper supplies. Thumbs up!!

My friend and I stayed at Ronnie's house and had an amazing time. First of all, he met us at the house and showed us around. He's very accommodating. I have to say our favorite part of the house was the couches in the living room. They were the most comfortable couches we've ever sat on! And the house was supplied with high quality products, such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, napkins, paper towels, etc. We had no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Ronnie for letting us stay at your beautiful house!

This house is amazing! SO MUCH space for all of us to spread out. Ronnie, the owner, was so kind and helpful…he had cold water and snacks waiting for us, along with toilet paper, paper towels, etc. DEF recommend this place!!!

The house was in a nice area, was well decorated and well furnished. This said we did have a few problems. The house needs a good cleaning. To feel comfortable we washed the floors, woodwork, drawers in the bathroom, stove, and other surfaces. (the bedding and towels were clean.) This bothered us as there is a cleaning fee. The other problem was there are two apartments attached at either end of the house and even though they were not loud you could hear the neighbors talking, and their TV through the bedroom wall. I'm sure they could hear us as well.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are nicely spaced though out the house. The place just feels like home. Ronnie is a great host; he was right there to check us in early. He was easy to reach and easy to communicate with. The house was very well stocked with things like bottled water, snack chips, and coffee pods. My guests where so impressed they want to stay there, the next time they visit Vegas. This place is easy to Uber to and from you favorite Vegas hot spots.

Ronnie was an excellent host with great communication. The house was very comfortable with everything I needed for my week long stay. The location was great for staying close to the strip and airport as well as easy access to the interstate. I would suggest this home for anyone visiting the area.

This very spacious and gorgeous home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Well equipped and stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds, pillows and couches. Perfect location for us 3 minutes from the airport, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Large backyard with grill. I especially loved the decor both inside and outside. Ronnie is such a wonderful host and it was a pleasure dealing with him. We will rent this home again we ever go back to Las Vegas. We highly recommend this wonderful and beautiful home.
