Take a walk down the private beach boardwalk to enjoy the sea and picturesque white sandy beach. Or, take in the sea breeze from your own private oasis and lounge by the pool. Or, practice for the family mini-golf tournament on your very own putting green. Unwind your mind as you watch the waves break from the two oceanfront decks. The living room, sun room and kitchen were completely renovated and professionally decorated in February, 2020. There is plenty of room for all the cooks to fit in the brand new, stainless steel kitchen. No excuses for anyone not to lend a hand! Then, gather around the large dining room table to enjoy a meal with all your friends and family. After dinner, sink into the comfortable new furniture in the living room and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The sunroom has a beautiful ocean view and it overlooks the backyard. It’s a great place to get away from the heat but still be able to watch the kids in the pool or the ocean and sky. 3906 Palm Boulevard features a master bedroom with a private bath, ocean views, and private terrace. An additional king bed is offered in the guest bedroom, which also features ocean views. Just adjacent to the guest king bedroom is one of two bedrooms featuring double bunk beds. The second bunk room is next to the guest bedroom that features two queen beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for small children with a twin bunk bed set. The final guest bedroom is highlighted with a queen and twin bed. While the whole Charleston Coast Vacations team is available to you, your reservation at this home will include a complimentary private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge can assist with booking beach chair rentals, organizing grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation. The concierge will be your primary point of contact during your vacation should you need anything. Really liked everything about the house. Will be back! Only thing I would like to see is a pool net. Couldn't believe there was not one. Hard to get the lizard out of the pool with a net. Other than that little item all was great.

Great place to celebrate any event for large group. Located on beach; pool nice but putting green could use some TLC. Saw coyotes and large snake on our boardwalk to beach. Elevator not working which was bad for 2 elderlies, otherwise no real complaints.

A great house for family gathering on a quiet part of the beach. The place is a bit tired and could use upgrades, but the private pool is a bonus!

We had a group of 7 adults and 6 kids from 12 years to 6 months. There was room for everyone, and the house was comfortable, clean and in good repair inside, with updated bathrooms and kitchens. The outside was showing some wear but all was clean and functional. Easy walk to the beach and having the pool was a real plus!!

Such an easy process to rent this spacious home with a fabulous view of the ocean. Easy walking distance to the beautiful beach , great for shell collecting! Grandkids had fun choosing either the inground pool or ocean for swimming. Super place!

Perfect stay - the home is even nicer than the photos. Beach setting is ridiculously nice, main area of the house feels very updated and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great location and views, very nice updating in large main living area. Nice use of space to add bunk beds for kids and all on one floor. Elevator is very helpful for luggage. Great to have a bathroom on pool level. (not pictured) Nicely landscaped to attract butterflies which the kids loved. Bedrooms and baths have nice furniture but are not as updated as main area and have some maintenance issues. For the price, I expected those areas to be in better shape.
