Sink into the generous sectional couch, and take advantage of the 75” flat-screen smart TV to access your preferred streaming services. If you're in the mood for a movie night, feel free to whip up some popcorn for an unforgettable cinematic experience. Additionally, we provide a game room complete with a billiard table, ping pong table, a comfortable sofa bed, a 65-inch smart TV, and an arcade machine with six exciting games for your entertainment. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 features a tempur-pedic king-size bed, a spacious closet, with private patio with gas fire pit and two swing chairs. Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen-size bed and a ,closet to unpack your belongings, as well as a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two queen-size beds, and has an ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV. Bedroom 4 has a comfy queen-size bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 5 with a queen size bed, in suite bathroom and Smart TV. Bedroom 6 located on second wing of the house with a 2 queen size bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 7 with a cozy queen bed, and Smart TV. If you have extra guests, the large foldable couch the in the game room, that can be used as an additional sleeping area. There are also two foldable single beds that can be set up to accommodate more people. Please let us know in advance if you need two extra single beds set up 24 hours before your reservation. BATHROOMS Each of the home's three full bathrooms boasts luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom and has large vanity, and a shower. Bathroom 2 is located in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom 3 sits off the main living area and features a spacious vanity. Bathroom 4 is conveniently located near one of the other bedrooms. Bathroom 5 is located outside by the pool area. KITCHEN The modern kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You'll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, both with seating for six, so you can choose between dining outside or indoors. OUTDOOR SPACE It's easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, gym, golf course, basketball hoop and beautiful lush garden along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay. The villa can sleep up to 18 people, assuming two per bed, but is ideal for 16 people. Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $300 per stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival. We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Luxury 14 Passenger Limousine and Yacht Charters. Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules. Guest Access: The guests will have access to entire property. Getting Around: If you do not have a car we recommend Uber or Lyft. Most destinations are a $5-$15 ride (depending on demand). Interaction with Guests: I am available 24/7 for any questions.

All was as advertised, great AC, plenty of hot water for showers for large group. Kids loved the pool. Neighborhood was fine, no problems. Management was very responsive to a couple of small issues.

House was very clean, management very easy to communicate with, had extra towels for pool. There was 1 less bathroom available to us than advertised - it seems like from the pictures one bedroom might have had one locked up / not available. House is 20 minutes away from all places we went in south beach and no issues getting Ubers. Felt safe in house with the gate and locks. House also close to Publix and Costco.

This is one of the best houses we've rented for our large family. The dining table could seat 12 with the extension (hidden underneath) and using the benches from the kitchen table. The living room was large and we moved one of the futons in for extra seating. The pool and hot tub were great - the property manager taught us how to get the hot tub to heat. Our toddlers loved the miniature golf- moving the balls and flags from hole to hole. Outside seating was very nice and shady most the day. There were a few negatives - The neighborhood is a bit run down but we felt safe in the house and fenced yard. One bedroom (former garage) didn't cool well. The play equipment needs some minor repair (Screw heads popped out). There were 2 pac-n-plays in the house but no highchair. We left behind a booster seat we bought. The kitchen was well equipped except for measuring spoons and teaspoons, but we worked around that. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

My friends and I loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and ample bathrooms and mirrors to get ready in. They were kind enough to let us in early which was a huge help as we were setting up for the bride. We spent a full day hanging out by the beautiful pool. The only things were that the shower did not get very hot and the kitchen was lacking some basics, like baking sheets and oven mits. The neighborhood is a little sketch but we felt very safe with the gate and the lock and it was very close to Costco and all of our activities. We were able to get in touch with the host very easily and he was a tremendous help. I would definitely recommend this place for a friends group trip!

Everything that the property advertised was there. It felt spacious for 16 adults though we each had to double up on beds. The pool area was a favorite. Everything was clean when we arrived. The hosts checked in on us via email and picked up when we had to call. Some things to note - it is a bit far from most of the things we wanted to do. Ubers/Lyfts to and from Downtown or Miami Beach would range from $20-$100+. The only thing we found missing was baking sheets

My wife and I were supposed to stay at this property. Most important make sure you check on the area of the property. It did not feel safe to us. There is a reason that there is a gate that you need to go through to get into the property. The property was large and overall nice. A little more run down than the pictures lead you on. There also was a bit of an odor in the house. We actually were so disappointed we left and went to a hotel instead.

Eduardo saved out trip! We were displaced due to some issues w the other home owners! But after contacting Eduardo he came through and helped house my group of 16! This house is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! It accommodated all of us comfortably. The landscaping was immaculate and the whole entire house was extremely clean. If you have a large group, this is the place! I have zero complaints! I would give this home a 10 if I could!

We had a wonderful time in Golden Glades Villa! The house was spacious and comfortable with enough room for our babies to play without getting in the way. The backyard is absolutely divine! Pool was crystal clear, inviting and refreshing! The jacuzzi was amazing as well. The yard is fully gated in with beautiful greenery all around, making it totally private. Service was great - we got responses almost immediately for any concerns we had. The only thing I would want the owners to change is the pool heating policy. There's an extra charge of $300.00 to heat the pool. Be aware that this means a temperature made for a jacuzzi - We didn't need the pool heated so strongly. Also, the jacuzzi isn't heated independently from the pool, so it will always be the same temperature. You either have a hot pool or a cold jacuzzi...Other than this small inconvenience, we had the most wonderful stay ever! Will be back, and would definitely recommend!

We absolutely LOVED staying in this house. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The place was really clean and we couldn't have stayed in better location. The backyard is very tropical and private. We definitely enjoyed every minute of our time here. Thank you so much!
