The dedicated gated parking is near the cottage. This Shangri-la-like oasis provides exceptional privacy and a fast-recharging ambiance, making it the perfect retreat for discerning executives and others seeking tranquility. Notable Rare Amenities: Pristine air quality, rich in negative ions. Exquisite serene views of the gardens and hillside. Crystal-clear Saratoga Mineral Spring water for both drinking and bathing, free from chlorine or fluoride. The high-quality water is available from every tap, offering access to some of the world's finest drinking water, as documented. Despite undergoing domestic purification to 20 microns, all the precious mineral contents remain intact, ensuring full benefit of their healthy properties. All-electric fully stocked kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen is equipped with high-grade cookware, including pots and pans, dishes and crystal glasses, utensils, and more to ensure a seamless cooking experience. Marble bath, which features a Grohe fixture and shower, Martha Stewart vanity, and macerating toilet. The ample closet space includes a large cloth closet with organizers, a second shelved closet, and a washer and dryer with detergent, complete with an iron and ironing board. Other things to note: Weekly Maid service is another cherished amenity for our guests that are booked for more than a week. Given that VRBO's list of charges only allows one charge for final cleaning, it is not possible for us to charge weekly cleaning for the duration of longer stays at this time. As a result, you will not be quoted the cleaning charge upfront. Following your booking, you will receive a payment request through VRBO that will be sent to your email. If your stay is less than a week you will be charged $80 for cleaning. For longer than a week booking, the charge is $80 per week for the duration of your booking for the Maid service. We also offer more than once a week Maid service upon request.
