The owners are next door, they converted the backyard of the house into being their yard as well, so you’re left with only the front yard and you feel like they’re watching your every move. 2) the owner offered linen service, which was really just her making the bed with her sheets that had holes in them. So I basically just paid money to have her do her laundry. 3) they charge you for beach passes. The first jersey shore home I’ve ever stayed at that I have to pay for badges. It is common practice to have 5-6 included in listing. 4) kitchen is poorly stocked, there isn’t even tall glasses. 5) the “bikes included” are rusty bikes that had all flat tires. Overall felt like these people were squeezing every penny out of me and my family. And again, this is a shared property. That NEEDS to be disclosed.

Cute little house, not too far from the beach. Has almost everything you need. The only downside is some of the main room furniture is not very comfortable and/or doesnt fit the space well. Great communication with property owner!

We had a great weekend at Jen’s property. Everything was as described and the location is only a few blocks away from the beach which was great. Loved the keyless entry too!

We had a great time in a great space. Jennifer was a great host and went above and beyond. We would definitely go back!!! Walkable to everything.
