INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
For guests who do not already have a credit card on file with us, we will process a nominal, non-refundable $1.00 charge (plus a 3.5% processing fee) to securely hold a card on file for incidentals. This simply allows us to quickly issue replacements for any lost or damaged bands so you can get right back to enjoying your vacation!
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

This place was beautiful and well up to date. The entire condo was a great place for my wife, son and myself. Plenty of room for us and very relaxing. The view from the balcony was honestly just as good as if we were ocean front. Honestly, it felt like we were ocean front. The sunset view in the evening was great. It was especially nice that everything we cared to do was well in walking distance from our condo. NOW....If I could leave 4 1/2 stars, that is what I would give. We had one issue and that was the floor throughout the place. It looked clean, however, you could feel sand on the floor our first evening there and that was not from us because we had not long checked in and had been no where yet. The bottom of our feet were filthy black after walking on the floor for a few hours. There was no broom in the place to use. Housekeeping was requested and came the next morning and swept and mopped for us, making a difference. As far as that one thing, we were pleased and would return.
