Inside, the home features high vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, an inviting open floor plan, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for your Keys getaway. Additional conveniences include a gorgeous bathroom, private indoor laundry, BBQ grill, Youtube TV, and Wi-Fi.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a twin bed with a trundle. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making the home a great option for families or small groups.

Step outside and enjoy the island breeze beneath your private tiki hut—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy an evening cocktail, share a meal, or simply relax after a day exploring the Keys.
Two bicycles are also included with your stay, making it easy to cruise around town and visit nearby breweries, boutiques, restaurants, and local attractions.

As a guest of Keys Life Cottage, you'll also have access to a private members-only club located just 1.5 miles away. This secluded oasis features a heated and chilled pool, tiki bar, showers, weekly events, and access to experienced fishing captains who can help you experience some of the incredible fishing Islamorada is known for.

Whether you're looking to fish the flats of the Everglades National Park for tarpon, snook, and bonefish or head offshore for an unforgettable day on the water, there are plenty of opportunities to get out and experience the Keys.
The club can also help arrange a variety of other water adventures, including snorkeling excursions, kayak and paddleboard rentals, and sandbar cruises. Throughout the week, guests can enjoy events such as live music, painting nights, food trucks, and more.

Reservation Deposit & Cancellations: A reservation deposit equal to one-half (50%) of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of the one-half (50%) reservation deposit, less any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the occupancy date. The remaining balance, including any required security deposit, is due no later than 60 days prior to the occupancy date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be non-refundable. If the booking is made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be due at the time of booking, and TENANT shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid in the event of cancellation. As an exception to the foregoing, TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid if COASTAL re-rents the property for the same amount and for the full rental period. If the property is re-rented for fewer days or at a lower rate, COASTAL may deduct from the refund the difference between the total amount due under TENANT’s original reservation (including all taxes and fees) and the amount received from the subsequent rental.
