Walking distance to the beach (1.5 blocks), Publix grocery and shopping plaza are across the street. Bougainvilla Court is a three bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath. Ground floor with queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a door out to a small tropical courtyard with a seating area. The second level opens to the main living and kitchen area, dining table, TV, 1/2 bath, and stacked washer and dryer. On the top floor is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with a full bathroom on the top level. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and Pier are a 10-minute walk. Had a great time, beach is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. We had a super stay and the host was able to allow us an early checkin. This ended up being a gift after our flight was delayed and we arrived at 530 am instead of arriving the day before as planned. Excellent places to eat within a 5 minute drive.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach and a few blocks away from the restaurants and cafes of Lauderdale by the sea beach. The condo is huge and spacious and it was very generously equipped - we had more than enough soap, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. They also provided a pack and play as well as beach items so that was very useful. A high chair would have been nice but not a big deal! The only thing I would mention is it is carpeted which is not idea for a beach house considering the amount of sand you inadvertently track in, I would have loved to have access to a vacuum to be able to clean up after ourselves properly but again, not a big deal! Would definitely stay here again. Property manager was very responsive, we lost power in one bathroom and it was fixed by the next morning.

I will say the house was nice and had everything we needed. The space was very good and location was great. We were stuck at the house with horrible weather a couple days. 26 inches of rain record! Maybe that is part why I am so bitter. We purchased the travel protection because I thought there were so many pages of rules. I thought this seems overly protective. Just a note, We have never in over 20 years ever taken this policy. $59. But I did. After we returned home I got an email that they had put in a claim for stains on the master room carpet. When I questioned the owner she said they were not there before our arrival. They were 100% there and rather than say anything I just passed it off as wear and tear. Next time I will take pictures if I question. I didn’t even mention to her that the next door neighbors had construction workers the days it didn’t rain starting at 8:15 in the morning. The porch looked dangerous and should be fixed. I have never given a poor review in all the years but feel like these people are not honest.

The location was the key benefit to this vacation home. Easily walkable to the beach, entertainment district and grocery store. The little extras were nice, i.e. Wagon for towing gear to the beach, chairs, down to the bathroom scale and recycling bin. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Convenient to everything ,beach, grocery’s ,all types of shopping and restaurants,the 3 sets of stairs are a problem for older adults carrying suitcases and grocery’s ,it also was missing a few important items, needs some updates

The house is simply amazing, modern, clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you can think of. Best of all, the beach is across the street. Thank you Sabrina for being a wonderful host and being helpful and attentive while taking the time to answer our questions and attend to all our needs. Highly recommend.

The condo was just as advertised in good location and very clean. 5 remotes for main TV with no instructions and poor cable subscription was a issue. I also found the constant reminders about withholding security deposit unnecessary.

We had a great week at this property. It has a good amount of space, the pictures are accurate. We made all of our meals at the townhouse, so it was very nice that the kitchen had far more than just the basics. The only complaint I have is that they didn't have good knives. Prepping food with crappy knives is annoying. But overall that complaint is small and the property still deserves 5 stars.

The property was great for our travel purposes as we mostly just wanted to have quick/easy access to the beach and a grocery store. The Publix is less than 350 feet from the condo and the beach is about a 7 minute walk. The condo looks just like the pictures - very spacious and clean. I would suggest the hot water situation be checked out - especially for the master bathroom - but otherwise it was a good find for us.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! It was close to any shopping that we needed and very near the beach. It came with all the amenities you might need and even included beach towels and beach chairs. The owner was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We highly recommend this property!

This townhome was super nice, very clean and big ! Even that it don’t has a pool it was perfect with the location close to the beach, just minutes to walk and all of us loved the shopping across the street and a 10 minutes walk to the pier with restaurants and bars. The house feels like home, the kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans so you can make dinner at home if you don’t want to go out and eat. There is a bbq in the nice private terrace and you have a Publix close for food shopping. The beds mattresses is very comfy and the linen and towels is soft and smell very good ! My teenagers loved their stay on the top floor master bedroom, great room !! Manager Sabrina is very nice and easy to get in contact with ! We will stay here again very soon ! Thanks !
