Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a large living room, a kid Billiard table, laundry, a pool area with Tiki Hub, a BBQ grill, plenty of lounge chairs, and an outdoor table on the waterway. Quiet family neighborhood, centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea. Twenty minutes from the airport. My family and I had an awesome vacation , the property was very clean and location was key ! U can walk to Lauderdale by the sea beach and restaurants and bars ! The pictures posted are exactly what u expected and sabrina was very helpful and always responded ! We would definitely rent this property again !

I did have to buy some laundry detergent to wash towels as we had to use them to dry up a leak from the roof. Hopefully the owner will get this issue fixed as everytime it rained there would be a huge puddle at the base of a wall in the center of the kitchen. There was no laundry detergent, so we had to pick some up. We also got an email a few days before we arrived letting us know we would only have one roll of TP in each bathroom (we booked for 6 adults) so we picked up some extra and left for the next guests, no fun to run out of this essential in the middle of a vacation. Fridge has no ice maker. Only two wall air conditioners in entire house, our trip was in December with a high in the mid 70's for our entire stay, but the front bedroom stayed pretty warm. If you are looking to go mid- summer count on that room being very hot. (we are from a colder state) The rooms were all far apart which was nice for our group of adults. Pool was perfect in size and temperature. Plenty of dishes, grill, cooking utensils for cooking.
Location was perfect. 5-10 minute walk to everything in LBTS! Ample parking, quiet neighborhood. Toys and floats for anyone bringing kids. The outdoor area would be perfect for entertaining, plenty of chairs and loungers. Even on the colder cloudy days we enjoyed being outside. A boat rental or bring you own would be possible. overall I am very happy with this rental

We stayed at this property for the week of Thanksgiving. We have family 10 minutes from there in Ft Lauderdale and wanted a property with parking, room to hang out and in a good location. Because we have been coming to the area for 15 plus years, we were extremely picky with our selection. This property exceeded our expectations. It’s SO close to the restaurants, but far enough away that there isn’t any noise. Plus, the property has literally everything for every age - from kids’ accessories to an overly full kitchen for the adults. It was so convenient, as we wanted to be able to make meals at home a lot since we were staying for a week. As stated in the listing, you share the pool area with the tenants in the other house, and they couldn’t have been nicer to us and our young daughter (I get that not everyone is a fan of children, so I never know what to expect). The pool area was also bigger than I was anticipating, so definitely would have accommodated both houses’ tenants without being cramped, although we did chat with ours a lot. I realize everyone isn’t as social. We will definitely rent again.

This is a older house close to the beach. It's not perfect but a great location within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops.
Outside is great, very nice big pool and enough chairs. Owners are very helpful with the booking prices.

We had a wonderful few days at this property. It was so comfortable and roomy for our group, which included myself, my husband, and three teenage girls. The pool was wonderful, and we loved sitting under the thatched roof by the intercoastal waterway and watching the iguanas and the boats. It was easy to walk to the beach as well as to the commercial area with restaurants and cafes. The house included a lot of beach amenities like an umbrella, beach towels, and even a buggy and some boogie boards. We ended up renting a car to go to the grocery store, but it would have been easy to stay there without one. It was a great location for the teenagers, who were able to have a lot of independence to come and go between the house, the beach, and the commercial area, and who also really enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The house was a perfect place for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation at Lauderdale by the sea.

The property was exactly what I expected…but better. The location was perfect! Everything was walkable which was great for our kids of different ages: 17, 12, 12. Short 5 min walk to the beach and to town and restaurants. But, the backyard was our own perfect paradise. Perfect pool with plenty of pool toys—fishing off the dock, grill and table outside along with our own tiki hut. I loved that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, games etc basically everything you need for a fun day at the beach.
The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfy and the showers were good. Yes, the house is older and could use some updates but it was clean and comfortable and there was new furniture in the living room. I’m very happy with our choice to stay there and Sabrina was quick to respond to any questions or comments i.e. when the pool needed more chlorine.

Very clean and great location
The house is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, ice cream, shops. We especially enjoyed the backyard with the big pool and tiki hut where we ate lunch and supper many times. We shared the backyard with the neighbours who were very kind. Overall we loved it!

This is a nice family friendly place to stay! The retired couple next door were friendly and easy to share the pool with. The house had everything you need to keep house and the home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being close to shops and the beach! Would stay here again.

Beware!
The property aside, We feel that the property manager was not always forthcoming with certain information. (A week prior to moving in, I observed men on the roof after a heavy rain. I called her and asked if there was any damage She said that the occupants must have called the owner and she was not aware. I subsequently spoke to the present occupants who told me that they in fact had contacted her about a leak in the roof over the kitchen ceiling. )She has also claimed $548 worth of damages to 2 bed sheets that were at best thread bare. Beware when dealing with this property manager!
The property itself is a bit dated but has a well equipped kitchen and a nice living room/dining room area and a very nice out door area.

Clean property in an excellent location.
The home was very clean and the location could not be beat! The view from the back deck was beautiful.
Some suggestions to the homeowners:
- the pool area is nice and kept tidy, however the pool itself needs to be resurfaced
- the house needs some maintenance; the ceiling/roof needs to be fixed. There is visible water damage

We were very comfortable in this well-equipped home. Overhead lighting was a little challenging, but we were mostly attracted to the outdoor areas anyway.

Wonderful family vacation!
While this property is not fancy but clean and perfect. The price is not fancy either and allowed us the extra money to eat out and do things! It was perfect. Simple, lots of kitchen supplies, good space, loved the pool, grill and outdoor dining. Was just a great week of relaxing. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go! Sabrina even provided a nice little wagon to pull to the beach. Great communcation with Sabrina. Would go back without question.

Enjoyed our stay
Communication was timely using the VRBO app. This apartment is very well equipped. It has beach chairs, plenty of towels and linens, pots and pans, and even has a wagon to tote beach items. Overall, the property met our needs, but needs a little updating. If you are used to luxury, this property may fall a little short. The bed linens were nice, but just a warning to anyone with fibromyalgia or back problems; the mattress in the master bedroom is hard. However, I noticed what appeared to be a mattress pad in the master bedroom closet. The property owners have really put a lot of thought into equipping this property for their guests. On close to our last day, we did gain a neighbor next door that would come outside and speak when we would go out to do laundry. If the possibility of having someone that close is a problem, you may want to book something else. And let me be clear, she was not a bother to us. The pool and dock were nice. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. Plenty of seating, and plenty of iguanas. Big ones and very little ones. They may have been the highlight of our trip, tbh. We even got the pleasure of catching one that had ran into the house. We did some fishing off the dock and caught a couple of small fish. To sum it all up, the property owners know what they’re doing, but at some point In time, they should renovate that unit. We enjoyed our stay, and are very grateful.

The roof was visibly not well maintained, the house is definitely in need of a paint job and the lawn and landscaping were way passed the need to be cut. It is probably one of the lesser maintained homes on the street. Once inside the property, it looked much like the photos on VRBO however there were countless things that needed to be attended to. The walls, doors and baseboards look as if they had never been cleaned. Many lightbulbs were burned out. The tiles in the second bathroom had water seeping up through them as they were walked on and the metal shower drain in that bathroom was bent up. Definitely a hazard, especially for children. The kitchen was in good shape though and there were plenty items available for meal making. There was a beautiful view from the back patio but upon arrival the pool was full of leaves, seeds, etc. A maintenance man did arrive later that evening to clean up the pool and the following day to tend to the lawn. However the damage in our minds had been done as first impressions are everything. The location of the property is perfect for getting to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea by foot and the surrounding areas by car. Sabrina was easy to contact by text and was good to work with prior to arrival. All in all we liked the area for our family vacation but the home was way below the quality we had hoped for.

The size, functionality and ease of check in and check out of the property is great! Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen and pool supplied with everything you need.
However, the property is in desperate need of cosmetic work with plenty of broken floor tiles, doors to bedroom and bathroom that did not always work and 2 in wall air conditioning units in the living room and master bedroom that were very loud, sometimes hard to sleep or have a conversation.
All in all, a great place to stay at and the property manager is very responsive!
