Sergey the parking attendant was not only helpful, but super attentive. Kudos to him! Anyone, could learn a thing or two from his hospitality. Sadly, I can’t say the same thing for Barbie, the front desk attendant. I wish she was as kind. The host was helpful, attentive, and kind as well. The room was beautiful. It was clean and there were fluffy, fresh towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is as promised. Our family enjoyed our stay at this location and hope to visit again.

The condo was nice but not without a couple of issues. The condo had been remodeled, but there were a few issues. When we checked in, one of the AC units wasn’t functioning. After contacting the owner, she had it fixed the next day, which is good considering we would be there in Miami for the next three days. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. Also, they are totally remodeling the whole exterior of the building. It didn’t bother us much, to be honest, but you definitely wouldn’t be sleeping much during the day. It was really loud. The windows and patio doors were filthy and the lighting wasn’t stellar. There were also many positives. The place was clean, minus the windows, and the showers were nice. The kitchen was fine and well equipped. The facility does have a nice pool and gym. Overall, we had a nice experience. However, I think that it’s a stretch to call it a “ luxury five star oceanfront”. By the way, it’s not actually oceanfront. You could see a small part from our patio but it isn’t oceanfront.

They were flexible to let us check out late. Location was great overlooking pool and easy beach access.
However be sure to bring all toiletries/soap/etc.
