We have just completely remodeled this oceanfront unit from top to bottom and have it ready for rentals starting 2022! Check out this quiet, end unit with unbelievable views! Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with all the essentials of home for families who enjoy dining in! We have added an additional beverage fridge/ bar area for those who like to keep extra drinks for beach cold and ready for the cooler! The dining table seats 6 comfortably and a full counter height bar that seats 4 more! Bathrooms are brand new with vanities, mirrors, lighting and tile. We have also added a walk-in shower in the master bath! Bedrooms feature all new furniture and bedding. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a queen pullout couch with a memory foam topper for added comfort! Plenty of extra pillows and blankets to make you feel right at home! This unit is equipped with Wifi, and a smart TV in the master and living room and Tv's in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom also has a dresser and bench for luggage. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit! We provide free beach service and there are sand toys and pool rafts for adults and babies. If you are traveling with family or friends and need additional space, please checkout our other property in Sea Oats! This unit is located at the top of the steps from this unit! Check it out at www.vrbo.com/1868081 Sea Oats is a great destination for families! This smaller, quiet complex with only 80 units is located directly on the beach and just across the street from several restaurants, bars, liquor store, putt putt and ice cream shop! The complex includes a SPACIOUS gulf front pool area (no walls crowding the pool deck like some of the other complexes) with several lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas! There is an indoor hot tub, charcoal grilling area, small fitness center and a tennis/pickle ball court! Take a short walk down the beautiful, white sandy beaches and emerald green waters to the fishing pier for more restaurants, shops, sand volleyball courts, and the Gulfarium! Just 1 mile across the Ft Walton bridge you can find publix grocery store and numerous other restaurants in the downtown Ft. Walton! The other way is just a short 6 mile drive and you are in the heart of Destin Harbor and all their attractions and nightlife! Beautiful condo !! Beautifully appointed !! The best view ! Jessie and Curt are the best and stay in touch with you if you need them !! I recommend this property !! Book early to keep from being blocked out . This condo books fast !!

Jessie and Curt are excellent hosts and filled this condo with personal touches. The kitchen is stocked amazingly, and all the available beach stuff makes us want to come back in warmer weather. Beautiful condo with amazing views and easy access to a gorgeous beach!

The condo was beautiful! The views of both the sunset and sunrise were amazing. Jessie is an amazing hostess who went out of her way to make our stay great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

First thing, communication from Jesse was above outstanding! The property was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous and all updated. The kitchen was fully stocked and very appreciated! Made nights staying in so much easier. The condo was clean, very roomy and the beach service was a huge plus! Very close to everything and loved the morning walks to the pier. This was our first trip to the area and we loved everything about it. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise!

I would like to take a moment to extend our appreciation to Jessie for making our Summer Vacation including family and friends a most memorable occasion. My Wife and 3 kids: Son 18, Daughter 16 and Son 27 including his Wife and Son 18mo. along with another couple we vacation with had a stress-free stay with all the amenities we could wish for. The condo was beautiful and not one time did any of us say... "I wish the Condo had this..." Of all the things that can go wrong in a vacation, you don't want a crappy / misrepresented Condo to be one of them. I told myself and the group the whole time that we should go ahead and book this next year. I will definitely be back... possibly over the Fall / Winter. We truly enjoyed the Condo, the décor, the roominess, the location in town, the beach service, the walk to SEVERAL restaurants and a Gas Station. I didn't even have to drag my cooler up and down a single stair to get from the pool area to the sand. It was absolutely the "perfect spot" to stay. I can't imagine a better place to spend vacation at the beach. I have been going to Ft Walton, Destin and Gulf Shores for 30 years and this Condo was in the Top 2. Awesome Job on the Condo and if you book this you will not be disappointed at all. 5 STARS!!!!!

My family of six absolutely loved this condo. It was amazing in every way. It was spacious and well equipped. The decor was fabulous, the beds were comfortable and working with Jessie was a breeze. We love Okaloosa Island and visit often but this was the first time at Sea Oats. We loved everything about it. We will definitely be back!

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the included beach chairs and that the pool and beach aren't crowded as we are used to at other locations. Fireworks from the balcony were perfect, excellent stay and owners are great to work with!

From the moment you walk-in to 506 it’s screaming you’re at the Beach! The view is absolutely beautiful. The condo is very beautiful, spacious and decorated so cute . The pictures just don’t do it justice . We just left & we’re ready to book our next stay here . Made wonderful memories all week 🏖️. Literally the perfect Condo , the owners are super sweet & helpful. Honestly nothing but great things to say about our stay in the condo .

The condo is super close to the elevator and the stairs, which made for easy to travel up and down. Because it is an end unit, the front door is tucked away in a corner. We were able to leave beach equipment outside at the door and it was relatively out of sight. VERY close to the beach. You don't have a huge courtyard to walk across. Jessie provides extra chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, floats and sand toys. The outdoor showers are conveniently located near the pool area. There are 3 shower heads and 2 hose sprays. We never had to wait in a line to wash equipment or ourselves off. There are several other hotel/ condos along the beach, but it never felt packed. There was a comfortable amount of people along the beach. I like to fish, but this stretch of beach is too busy with people to fish past 7am. You can just drive 5 min towards destin and stop along hwy98. The public beaches are much less populated because you have to park on the road and walk at least 100yds to the beach. The condo does have very nice decor. We really enjoyed ourselves there.

We loved our time at this beautiful condo! The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and a short walk to the beach . We were able to check in earlier than expected on our arrival day which was an added benefit! We will definitely look to book this unit again!

We absolutely loved our stay on Okaloosa Island. The view from the condo was so beautiful! White sand and beautiful water for as far as you can see in any direction! The condo itself was done perfectly. The colors, layout, decorations, furniture, kitchen appliances, drink fridge, etc....we couldn't have asked for anything more!! The beach was perfect and never crowded. We enjoyed our easy walk out to the beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day. We had so much fun! We also enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun go down in the evenings. The sky was the most beautiful colors and the breeze so soothing. We truly enjoyed every day of our stay and we cannot wait to visit again!! Thank you Jessie and Curt for sharing your beautiful home with us for a few weeks!! BTW the owners are wonderful and so helpful. They made our whole stay so easy and stress free!

Absolutely no mis- or dis- information here! The unit was completely renovated and the beach service was free. We had an exceptional experience in this remodeled unit with higher quality furniture, tasteful decor and color palate which helped create a relaxing environment. We highly recommend the unit and the owners.

The location is great. All we really needed to buy was food, extra paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid because there were 7 of us. There was even a closet full of beach toys. The only hiccup we had was trying to find extra sheets for the pull out sofa, but we were informed that they were in a tote under the bed. We loved the decor and the fact that due to the location of this condo being a corner unit, there is almost a panoramic view of the ocean with all of the shutters open! It is beautiful.

The condo is very spacious and an excellent setup to entertain a group. The kitchen has plenty of space with all the items you need to make meals. Beds are very comfortable while bathrooms are nicely finished. Condo is in a great location right on the beach and close to great restaurants.
